Cons: house is too near within a lot of convenient store, restaurant and mini market... makes me spends a lot of money 😁 😘. Theres nothing to describe on what i don't like. 😂🤣

Pros: 距離新大久保車站很近，附近大多是韓國商店及餐廳，搭乘山手線到東京各景點很方便，實際房間比照片要小一些，住2人行李比較好擺放，3人就略擠一些。

Cons: 沒有電梯，帶大行李比較不方便。

Clean, comfortable, great price and location

Pros: The property was in the perfect location for me, it was very cheap for how many nights I stayed and it was plenty spacious enough for me. It was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this place it was my favorite stay while on my trip. It’s a self check in so there is no staff but it was pretty easy to check in yourself.

Pros: 가볍게 친구와 근처 콘서트를 보기 위해 묵었습니다. 한인타운의 동네라 일본의 느낌보다는 번화한 한국의 느낌이 물씬납니다 신오쿠보역에서 걸어서 10분도 안되는 거리라 괜찮습니다 거리가 번화해서 숙소가 시끄러울줄 알았는데 숙소에 들어가면 그리 시끄럽지는 않았습니다

Cons: 히터만으로는 약간 추웠어서 겨울보다는 한여름이 아닌 적당한 봄가을이나 초겨울에 머무시는것을 좀더 추천드립니다 그래도 방문을 닫은채 히터를 틀어놓고 있다보면 따듯해집니다

Nice and spacious! Noise level and privacy questionable. Everything else good

Pros: Big, spacious. Easy to find, close to train, lots of stuff nearby for easy convenience and shopping. Nice bed, tv, host gave great instructions. The bedroom being really big with a nice big bed was honestly the best part of this place!

Cons: There was no elevator so if you have heavy luggage it’s better to book the lower floors. I can hear a lot outside and I worried if people can hear me inside. Kinda felt no privacy but I’m not sure so it could just be me hearing people outside only. It was a little expensive here but could just be the time I stayed and it being Tokyo. The bathroom is small but kind of typical for non-separate ones in japan. I stayed a short period so luckily I didn’t need much toilet paper, laundry stuff etc. but would appreciate if I stay here again if there were more TP in the beginning in the future. Thank you 😊
