Pros: Best location in Tokyo. Really nice host, helped us to find the apartment. All new and clean. Recomendation for Tokyo

Pros: Close to Shinjuku, station near by, quiet neighbourhood. We were family of 4 and stayed comfortably on the sofa bed and the separate bedroom double bed, it's quite a spacious apartment. Everything was very new and super clean, there is also space to hang the clothes in an alcove and a shelf for storage. The washing machine is on the balcony. Communication was excellent. Self check in, easy to find.

Cons: Nothing. The addition of a folding drying rack would be very useful, for wet towels,/washing

I'll stay there again when i come to Tokyo next year

Pros: The staff is very helpful even when I arrive late due to flight delay. Room is clean and well maintained. Location is easy to find. An excellent place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Netjes, schoon. Op loopafstand van 2 metrolijnen. Supermarkten in de buurt. Voor 4 volwassenen beetje krap, maar we hebben ons prima vermaakt. Goed online contact met de eigenaar.

Pros: The place is compact, clean and has a good lighting. Not far from Higashi Shinjuku metro station and supermarket like Santoku & Coop. Walking distance to Shinjuku and to Shinjuku Gyoen Garden. A tiny nice place to stay.

Cons: It would be great if we could dry the clothes properly ( need more hanger to dry the clothes ). When you travel with grup....I think....the place is good for maximum 3/4 adults.....since the place is very tiny...eventhough it is clean and nice.

Pros: Appartement très agréable, propre et un personnel a l'ecoute. Très pratique pour une famille à la fois bien desservi par les transports et à l'écart sans être loin du quartier vivant de shinjuku. Idéalement situé pour les passionnés d'arts martiaux avec l'aikikai à 2min à pied et le kodokan à 10/15min sur la ligne E. La proximité de l'hôpital rend la nuit parfois bruyante mais l'isolation de la chambre est efficace. Rapport qualité / prix / emplacement parfait pour une famille recherchant un peu de calme.
