Pros: Quite hard for us to find a whole villa for a family of 9, so this was the few options we had. We expected more but i think its the best we could get for a house in Tokyo.

Cons: Starting with the not so friendly hospitality from the host, we stayed for 8 nights and no cleaning was offered with our long stay. The house was not 100% clean when we checked in either, hair and dust was everywhere in the house - a bit off for Japan as they are known to be a clean country. So. Not so friendly as no instructions were prepared for guests at all machines since we cant read Japanese, hard for us to understand and operate everything in the house including water heater. No guides or instructions were given! For our stay, we experienced 4 times power cut which we dont know why! Very, very inconvenient. Definitely annoying since we had to on everything back after every power cut! And all areas outside the rooms are so cold! Since theres no heaters there. Also, the “heaters” in the rooms dont work, we dont feel at all. While we had a good time in Tokyo with the family and the house did give our family a quality time but just wished they look into guests’ experience and hospitality more. To the host Pls improve and to future guests, do not expect too much.

Comfy & convenient

Pros: The property is very beautiful & spacious, an excellent option for travelers that brings their families with them. It could accommodate 8 - 14 people easily, with new interiors & complete equipments you could easily feel at home. Moreover, it is also very accessible to bus & train station (Hatsudai Station) with just 2-3 mins walk. The location is also near the busiest shopping area (Shibuya & Shinjuku) if you are going to shop. If you bring big family with you, I would highly recommend this place.

Cons: None. Simply beautiful & comfy.
