Pros: Location is awesome. Very kind staff. Everything is easy going.

Cons: Sometimes it can get loud and busy, but that’s also due to the nature of a capsule hotel.

Great value for money stay in a great location

Pros: The location was great, the beds were very comfortable

Cons: I thought the bed curtains could have been a little longer so that they didn’t have any gaps (this was very minor though)

Amazing!

Pros: Staff are super friendly and welcoming. And I am surprised that they even organised a New Year Party with staff & dorm mates. What a great experience. Will definitely come back again.

Cons: I can’t think of anything else.

Pros: Very peaceful, quiet and respectful hostel. Felt very safe and comfortable there. The common area was really nice. The sleeping capsules were quite private and large. The staff were also lovely.

Cons: The location is a little further out from Shibuya/Shinjuku, so spent a bit of time travelling on trains. However, there were many cute things to do in nearby Asakusa!

Easy, Kind, supportive, comfortable and well worth the money.

Pros: It was very close to the station for one but most importantly the staff was so helpful and kind. Gave brilliant food recommendations that were affordable and was very helpful when it came to filling out the delivery form for my suitcase.

Cons: Only downside was that my bunk would often smell musty or heavy (?) , I’m not sure how to explain it.

Perfect place for solo travellers

Pros: The capsules are large and roomy, with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s a cozy common space to relax and socialise, and a cool rooftop area. The staff was also amazing, we even hung out in the evenings!

Cons: Nothing.
