Excellent venue for visiting relatives in Tokyo

Pros: Small supermarket next door, so got breakfast supplies there. Nice shop.

Cons: Carpet was a little bit dirty with footwear!

Pros: ロケーションがよかったし、カウンターにスタッフが常駐しているからたすかった。近所の店を色々教えてもらえた。家族のものが先に一泊していて、同じ部屋にあとから追加予約できたので、助かった。

Great stay!

Pros: The staff were all amazing! They were so kind which was very helpful to me since my travels had been stressful. The location is So very convenient!

Cons: Though it is an older style hotel they clearly do their best to keep everything clean and guests happy!

このエリアで希少！広くて清潔、おしゃれなビジネスホテル。

Pros: スタッフの感じがよくとても親切。部屋も広くて使いやすかった。アメニティも充実していて、内装もおしゃれでした。このエリアでは他にあまりホテルがないので大変希少。駅近＋駐車場も近くにあって便利でした。また利用させていただきます！

Cons: 路線バスから流れる「バスが通ります」の音量が大きく、朝からびっくりしました。安全上仕方ないですが…（^^;）

立地も最高だしよかったです。

Pros: 駐車場もちかくにあったし、大学からもちかかったし部屋も広かったです。受付の女性も気さくな方で、よかったです

Cons: エレベーターがせまかったです。ドアというドアの開閉音がおおきくてびっくりしました。あと床の汚れがきになりました。子供の入試の為に行ったんですが、もう少し安いプランがほしいです。付き添いの親が試験中いる場所がなくて、大変な思いをしました。入試の子のプランができたときは、チェックアウトは１５時くらいまであれば嬉しいです

Quartier sympa en périphérie de Tokyo. Gare pas loin. Pratique.

Pros: La quartier autour de la gare de Jiyugaoka est animé et vivant. C’est un chouette endroit. L’hôtel est propre, et confortable.

Cons: La déco est un peu vieillotte.

自由が丘でここの立地は本当に貴重です。高級住宅地の近くであることから、朝の散歩で「擬似住人体験」ができました。

Pros: ロケーションは最高に良かったです。１Fに電子レンジを置いてくれていたので、近くの高級スーパーでの買い物をいただくのに助かりました。スタッフの方は様々なことに丁寧に対応してくださりました。ありがとうございました。

Cons: あの自由が丘の大雨被害から一週間もたたない訪問だったことから、少し申し訳ない気持ちもあったのですが、キャンセルするより訪問したほうがいいと考え、お伺いさせてただきました。妻が湿っぽいにおいに敏感で、エレベータで昇降するときや部屋に入った瞬間に少し湿っぽさを感じたようです。部屋はじゅうたんなので音の響きなどはないですが、その分清掃が容易ではありません。洗浄、換気乾燥となるとチェックインやチェックアウトの時間を考えると、少し難しそうな気もします。ただ、私も似たような状況を経験したことがあり、ケルヒャー製の洗浄掃除機？みたいなものを購入し、布の洗浄をしたことがあり、解決したことがあります。酸素系漂白剤（オキシクリーン？）などを使うと嫌なにおいがかなり軽減されます。ホテルの運営的にできるか定かではありませんが、ご参考になればと思い、記入させていただきました。

Comfortable hotel right around the corner from Jiyugaoka Station

Pros: It's an elegant hotel with thoughtful if unusual furnishings and lighting. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and slept well on the very comfortable bed. The location is very close to Jiyugaoka Station and various stores and restaurants.

Cons: The hotel may have allowed smoking in the past as there was a strange smell that lingered in the room. An ironing board and iron would have been convenient.
