Good value for money

Pros: The location is very good. The bathroom is too small but it's great for 2 restrooms.

Cons: It would be great if there is a lift that be very helpful.

Good value for money, and perfect for a clean and comfortable place to stay..

Pros: Steps away from train station. Central location. Lots of eateries, convenience stores, super market. It's not right at Shinjuku or Shibuya, but it's more peaceful that way and the actions are only a few stops away. Love their laundry machine and small kitchen. Also their shower space doubles as a air dryers for clothes. It's perfect. It has everything. The place is not fancy but comfortable, spacious and clean.

Cons: The hallway could be updated. The room itself is perfect. Maybe some places to hang clothes.

Pros: It was awesome staying at this place and it was also quit. Very nice location with very nice amenities. Easy to gain access. Will book again when I go to Tokyo.

Cons: I wish the mattress was a little bit harder.

Nice little place to stay, close to subway station and some bars and restaurants

Pros: Was travelling with my family and my friends family - booked two separate rooms (for 4 people each). Was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were a really good size (for Japan). Had a small kitchen, twin toilets (per room) and bathroom - Beds are basically mattresses on the floor, which is quite normal in Japan. Note - this isnt really a hotel, you just get access to some rooms.

Cons: Check in process was via tablet, with no staff on site - worked fine for me. But could be an issue if something went wrong. i.e. I wouldnt recommend this if you're not reasonably tech savvy

Overall a good stay and would recommend if you are looking for a basic, comfortable, no frills stay

Pros: Room was very basic with 4 mattresses on the floor but beds were comfortable. Bonus was to have 2 washrooms and a small kitchenette which had the required equipment such as fridge and microwave, cutlery and crockery. Shower room is small but fine. Check in/check out was all smooth, albeit from an digital pad as there is no physical interaction with anybody. Only a short walk from the station and 7-Eleven and Lawsons close by for groceries.

Cons: Shower room could do with some heating as the rest of the room was warm enough. Had an issue with heating (said control was locked) when we arrived and the only contact is through email and we were told that there was no one could help us at that time given that we checked in late in the evening. However, we were able to finally get the heating to work. There is no view from the room and the smallish window is frosted.

Pros: 매우 깔끔하고 전자레인지, 냉장고, 커피포트 등 주방이 있어 매우 만족스럽게 지냈습니다. 방도 넓고 화장실도 두개나 있어 쾌적했습니다.

良質物件でした

Pros: 掃除も行き届いており、清潔で連泊のタオル交換も無料でしていただき、本当に嬉しかったです。駅から多少遠いのと、ネットがテレビに反映しないのが残念でしたが、写真通りキレイで、このリーズナブルな価格なら納得です。また、利用したいです。

Cons: 駅からちょっと遠いかな。だけです。

整體而言四人房空間蠻大，兩間獨立廁所、獨立淋浴空間，不會因為多人而困擾。有簡易廚房、餐具和微波爐，想偶爾在住所用餐也很方便。缺點可能是只有幾個衣架和掛衣服的空間，整個空間也只有一面鏡子，會在意者可以自己攜帶。

Pros: 位置便利，步行5分鐘內可到地鐵站。地鐵到新宿3站即可抵達，附近也有便利商店、藥妝店和餐廳，相當方便。

Cons: 沒有電梯所以攜帶大行李會需要留意，加上是無人旅社，所以如果有問題需要處理可能會較麻煩，但此次住宿沒有遇到什麼問題。
