Pros: Location, access to subway, basic travel needs. Breakfast was good, for most travellers.

Cons: North Americans find the room small. I think that the room meets all needs, and we simply adjust our living pattern for Japan. The breakfast was basic but acceptable to many. Zero gluten-free alternatives in the main selection. If you offered good quality GF buns or bread, you would find a huge positive response from these clients.
