Pros: Great space, location and facilities. Loved the two showers and two toilets. When travelling with teens, this was a big plus!

Cons: Windows lacked noise insulation so it's quite noisy but was fine with earplugs.

Amazing place, I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Tokyo

Pros: the double on double bunks were fantastic, so solid. I'm 49 and slept on the top bunk :). So much space. We are a family of 4 all about 6 foot tall so we were worried abou the pokey rooms/accommodation around Tokyo. This place has a fantastic vibe and is located right next door to the train station. We were on leven 3 and it was surpricsingly quiets. We didn't hear the trains only a little bit of traffic which really wasn't very load. There is a 7 Eleven right next door which was also so convinient.

Cons: The mattresses need to be a bit thicker. They are totally fine for very light people but I could feel the timber board under the mattress. I loved that the mattresses were not hard.

Amazing stay for big group, family and friends!

Pros: Love the big Spacious room for a group of 9 peoples, each bed is a queen size bed, in all bunk bed. Love they have 2 toilets and 2 showers, fully equipped kitchen with a huge table and so much book, especially manga and they are in English so all the kids were off the screen and devices to simply enjoy reading manga all evening and morning. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood of central Tokyo, which is quite easy access to train station with many restaurant and shops around. Will recommend it to group!

Cons: The checkin process is quite confusing, especially the passeport scan and calling the clerk in the ipad at the front desk. This should be done remotely a day or 2 before checkin. It was a hassle to checkin and verify 9 people. Hopefully they could come up with a easier checkin process.

A lovely place for a group. The area is quiet and cosy, and the place is close to the subway

Pros: It was spacious for 6 people. Love the dining table area where you can chill with the whole group after a day of exploring in Tokyo. It was clean and convenient with two toilets and showers.

Pros: Great for big groups they have 2 toilets and 2 shower. Bed n sheets are clean and comfortable. They have in room washing machine thus no need to bring too much clothes. Near 7 eleven and train station , easy to commute.
