Nice Stay-clean & good location
Pros: Good location, rooms were small as expected in Tokyo, but there was lots of storage space under the bed for luggage, with hooks and hangers for coats and other things. There were also complementary slippers, robes, shampoo/soap ect for guest use. Coin operated laundry, with detergent built i n, so no need to add your own. Breakfast was simple and there was a nice variety of Japanese foods, with a mix of interesting wester cuisine (cereal, yogurt, fruits, spagetti, meatballs, hamburgers, etc). Overall, a great stay.
Cons: The rooms were a bit stuffy, but we put some earplugs in and cracked the window at night for some fresh air. It was perfect

Pros: For how small the room was, they did an amazing job of making it feel spacious. The large, comfortable bed made the stay very relaxing, and there was plenty of room to store luggage neatly underneath. The room also featured a big TV, which was a great addition. The location is another major highlight. It’s fairly close to Sensoji and Tokyo Skytree, along with several other attractions. The metro is within easy reach, making it convenient to explore the city, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby to choose from.
Cons: I'm nit picking, but, the universal adapter in the room was loose requiring me to actively adjust the chargers to charge my devices. It would have been nicer if I didn't have to go all the to the lobby to use the microwave oven or ice maker as it was near the main entrance.

Pros: I was here a week ago and it was as fabulous this time as then. The consistency across all areas is praiseworthy indeed.
Cons: I would so have liked to stay longer.

The perfect 'first place of rest' on my first visit to Japan. Thank you.
Pros: The advertising accurately matched the reality. There is nothing I can add except the staff really did make the effort to make me feel safe and welcome which I really needed.
Cons: I am not a fan of automated check in/out so to have been made aware of that would have been useful. Knowing would NOT have stopped me from booking. The staff helped me through it with great patience.😊.

Overall happy with my stay - convenient location.
Pros: Fairly clean. Had the best view of the river from my room. I was solo but booked the double room which was just enough space for me - good value for money. Hotel is conveniently located between Kuramae and Asakusa stations. 7-Eleven is a 2 min walk across the street and Anytime Fitness gym also 2 min walk. Front desk staff were lovely. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. There are two elevators operating which is convenient. Mini convenience store (self-serve) located on ground floor, handy when I don’t want to step out of the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again.
Cons: While the laundry facilities were handy, I was annoyed to find out my clothes did not completely dry and had black fibres sticking to the clothes. Perhaps it was from the previous user or maybe needs to be regularly maintained. Just be cautious, double-check the machines before using.

Value, 9/10 for Rooms with a River View
Pros: Very Good Breakfast , 5 minutes from the hotel but the breakfast is much better in nearby Toyoko Inn.
Cons: Check in is slow, with the AAI machines. Hotel's staff could do faster and morte easy. Check-out via machines is OK.
