Delicious Breakfast

Pros: We loved our outdoor bath, plenty of room and a delicious breakfast.

Cons: The room rate was quite elevated compared to other stay, would recommend booking a couple months in advance in the hope of securing a better rate. Also a good 5-10 walk to good food options and transport. Though there is a seven 11 close by.

Ryokan hospitality at its finest

Pros: The outdoor bath and bathroom facilities were flawless. Room service whiskey and folded pizza were delicious. We had the one beef and one salmon Japanese breakfast and were impressed with the quality and flavours. The beds were big and comfortable. We also booked the room with a view of Skytree. Thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality.

Cons: Nothing. We wished we had stayed another night.

Pros: Excellent location and very comfy room. The staff were very helpful to switch breakfast Iwhich was excellent) days around. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in Asakusa

Pros: Our tatami room was great! Loved the view of the Sky Tree. We also enjoyed our own outdoor open bath. Our favourite was the fantastic Japanese breakfast. The staff were friendly, the property was clean and loved the location!

Lovely traditional design with friendly staff and great facilities

Pros: Traditional style and comfortable, room was quite compact but had a lovely bathroom and tub with views of the Skytree. Great location.

Pros: The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast food was delicious and our favourite, the onsen! It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Great - thank you Prostyle Ryokan!

Pros: Lovely, clean traditional Japanese rooms with Western style beds. The beds were very comfortable. The Japanese breakfast was amazing and filling. Staff were so friendly and provided helpful advice on travelling around the local area. We were able to check in early, which was great as we had just travelled for over 16 hours.

Cons: It was great. Ventilation fan in room was a little bit loud but this can be turned off.

It’s all about location and friendly helpful staff

Pros: The location was brilliant. Close to Sky Tree Tower, train station, temples, and lots of our great activities. Easy to get around and feel very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small compared to what we have been staying in over the last month. Lights in the centre of the room weren’t working so we had to use our iPhone torch to see in our suitcase. But the location made up for it. Enjoy our stay.

Cons: The lights in the centre of the room didn’t work. The rooms were so small we struggled to open our suitcases. And our suitcases were not big. But if you can get past this part, the location will make up for it.
