A pleasant stay!

Pros: We loved the minimalist design! The staff were excellent! They were very friendly and very eager to assist us with our trip to the snow! They even wanted to give us their umbrella when we were leaving! We are so grateful for their service.

Beautiful room in a small boutique hotel that was well located

Pros: The second time we stayed we were upgraded to a larger room and it was extremely generous in its size and very well appointed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find and just a short walk from the train station.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like

Cons: The lift took ages. Our room's access was outdoors. The pictures are great but not very accurate. The corners of the room were dusty

Perfect!

Pros: Excellent service! They went above and beyond our expectations, so incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms were really well size, possibly the best we’ve stayed in for our trip in Japan. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The views of Skytree from the rooftop but also the surrounding streets of the neighborhood was stunning. Sensoji Temple is about a 10 minute walk. Would gladly stay again.

Spacious room with great amenities

Pros: Lovely view of Sky Tree. Very spacious room. Nice shower. Provided us with a lovely gift at the start for new years.

Cons: Unfortunately the hotel was slightly out of the way so felt like we had to walk a bit further than other hotels to get to key attractions including the station. Slightly cold room.

Pros: Gorgeous little hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and luxe and the staff are more than accommodating!! Would absolutely return!! In a great part of Asakusa too, so much to explore and eat. Loved it!!

A Flawless 10/10 Stay – Exceptional Service!

Pros: A true 10/10 experience! The location was perfect, and our room was lovely, clean, and featured a great balcony. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Their professional, exceptional, and incredibly helpful approach made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
