APA Hotel Tokyo Itabashi Ekimae

It is a great place to stay! + great staff!

Pros: Staff were friendly, tried their best to accommodate my needs and glad to have staff who are able to speak english or at least tries to communicate well. Bed was comfy and Hotel is near the station. Thankful for things provided such as slippers, a bottle of water, toiletries, etc. They also had fun facts and helpful information through the TV (culture, places to visit and activities), they also included an explanation on how to use everything in the room as well as emergency procedures of the hotel.

Cons: Sometimes it feels too warm in the room. Trash bins/cans near the vending machines to easily throw the empty bottles (which I find helpful in places I wandered around) but staff was very kind and helpful with this too.

Pros: Is easy to travel from Jr train and to go back narita airport

Great stay and convenient place

Pros: Had a good stay. Location really close to station and super convenient. Konbinis are also nearby, so, super convenient

Cons: Room is very small but it was just myself so I didn't mind. Could do with some storage spaces

Good cheap place for vacation in Tokyo

Pros: Location is perfect, next to Itabashi station. Also the Lawson and McDonalds within 30 meters is great. Very good price, pretty much the cheapest Apa in Tokyo i think.

Cons: The rooms are getting old by now. The entrance to the hotel is not what you expect in 2025. Food options in the hotel are limited, but if you keep in mind that ist's very cheap to stay here, everything is still very good value for money.

Pros: Good quite location close to the JR station and a 10 min walk to the Mita subway line. Very comfortable bed and clean compact room.

Cons: The carpet in the public areas especially on the fourth floor is worn and needs replacement. This would give the hotel a more updated feel.

Pros: Clean rooms, towels and robes changed every day. Good cotton robes. Very close to the metro.

Cons: Very small room. We were with a friend and it was impossible to even unpack a suitcase.

Great public transport access and price is reasonable given the circumstance.

Pros: Good location next to the train station. 20minute+ train ride to Shibuya Station. Good enough for our last minute booking that has easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya. They have a Indian restaurant with breakfast. Food was ok.

Cons: The double bed is too small for us. The other room amenities was great. The hotel is basically next to the train station so do expect noise up until 12am and we accept that since we rarely sleep before 12am. Same feedback I gave in Sapporo. I only found out a lot of local Itabashi places that can be visited after the trip. Recommend take from the Malaysian hotels playbook and have at least some English brochure related to the Itabashi area. I believe some tourist will appreciate out of the beaten path places to go.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and I felt value for money

Overall good for the budget and I don’t mind staying here again.

Pros: The location is definitely a plus. A few steps away from Itabashi station, which is only 2 stops away from Shinjuku. There are konbini and drug stores nearby.

Cons: Refillable water not provided. You will need to purchase from the vending machine on ground floor. Also, the building is a little old, and it’s showing its age. The best wasn’t the comfiest either.

Good accomodation option in the Itabashi region

Pros: Location is good, right next to Itabashi train station. There are restaurants in the area. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable mix of japanese, indian and western options. Grape lassi and naan bread in particular were great. Room is comfortable, though small as it is usually the case in Japan.

Cons: Coin-operated drier is not efficient. After washing the clothes I did two rounds of drying and it was not enough.
