AN HOTEL

Overall, we definitely recommend this place if you're not too picky. Great value for the price, cons

Pros: Hotel was very accommodating for late check-in. No receptionist/staff but we figured out how to self check-in. Room was overlooking the road so quite noisy at night, but manageable (hotel provided ear plugs!). Common areas were nice and hotel has complete facilities. Perfect location for travelers since the train station is right beside the hotel. Convenience stores and restaurants are 5-minute walk away.

Cons: Only problems are the bed because of the springs, and the road noise, but all very manageable.

Pros: It was OK, just like in the pictures, good for a few days

Cons: A little small, but that is normal in Japan

Pros: Loved everything. Nice and simple room, bathrooms were clean and other guests were friendly and quiet

Cons: If you don't have access to a landline and are late arriving its almost impossible to get checked in. If they could add a whatsapp option for contact that would really help

Cheap place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Location is great, right round the corner from the station and also next to convenience stores. I was quite concerned about the reviews and was a bit worried about coming but I’ve realised how dramatic they are on arrival. Yes, the bathroom definitely could be cleaner and so could the kitchen it’s not exactly a hotel but I’m pretty sure this is the cheapest place to stay in all of Tokyo so for backpackers travellers or someone on a budget you can’t really complain. It’s what you pay for! The bedrooms were an ok size, shower pressure was great and hot.

Cons: Sadly beds not very comfortable and very bad thin pillows. Bathroom could really do with a proper daily floor clean Also a little bit of effort to clean the kitchen would make a whole lot of difference because it wasn’t really useable. Good there is a fridge in the bedroom though!

Pros: Great value for money, good location, did all it needed to. More a kin to a hostel than a hotel but still nice.

Cons: A little noisy

Pros: Good hotel if you spend all day outside and need just a sleeping place.

Cons: Was a bit cold, but with air conditioner of course better. Poor sound insulation

Pros: the price is good and not far from city like Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. Near hotel there is a park that quite good foor you to smoke or just chill... this place have a kitchen for heat your meals from convinience store... so it quite nice... but they don't have the dish soap... so i buy it and place it in the kitchen... you can put your lugage if you coming early befor time to check in... so it good... save money for locker...

Cons: stair... you need to go upstair with your lugage... and the toilet is in outside of your room.. but this place is better than capsule hotel... and i will recommended you this hotel and i will go back use this hotel too...

Enjoyable spot for a visit to Tokyo

Pros: Perfect adjacency to the subway. Cute, very clean. Ideal for those on a budget who want to visit all spots in the city.

Cons: They ran out of coffee, soap, dish soap. And didn’t replace it. Our sheets were also not changed during the two week stay, which was a surprise.

Good Choice for fair price.

Pros: 1) the subway Shin Itabashi Station is 1 minute away. This Station has escalator near 4th bogie. First time I arrived, I didn't notice this station has elevator. If you have big luggage, you find Exit Gate A3, and nearby it has elevator. or you have to carry all the way by stair. 2) A lot of convenient stores nearby : family mart, 7-11 and 3 supermarkets. Life supermarket is opposite family mart. Other 2 supermarkets, you should use google map to find : Co-op and Maruetsu. 3) A lot of restaurants nearby. 4) Refrigerator in the room
