KOKO HOTEL Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho

Pros: I loved the location, close to restaurants and cafes. Right across from the subway station. The room was nice and comfortable. I love how modern Japanese rooms are with multiple power outlets, and charge ports.

Cons: The pillows are weird. Its like they're filled with beads or something. Though I've found this in most of the hotels in Japan. Im definitely not a fan of their pillows.

Pros: Great location and lovely room with great bakery outside. Clean and very functional room.

Will be back

Pros: Have been staying at Koko several times and it is always good, will come back

Cons: Only cleaning rooms every 3 days.

Pros: Nice big toilet which is hard to find in tokyo! Spacious room and modern, close to train station and convenience stores

Hotel with a spacious lobby and lots of train connections in Nihonbashi/Hamacho

Pros: The buffet breakfast and the location were excellent.

Cons: The small semi double bed won't fit two people. If you two are on the heavy side, choose twin or normal queen beds.

Everything you need in one place

Pros: They had the most comfortable bed we stayed in Tokyo. I liked how they had everything you needed in terms of toiletries and even bath salts which were much needed after a long walk. The hotel is also close to many convenience stores, fast food restaurants such as Mcdonalds/KFC and supermarkets if you want to buy cheaper fruits for the family. I also did most of my drugstore at Matsumoto kiyoshi which was a 10 minute walk away.

Cons: The laundry room only had 3 laundry machines and most of the time they were taken by other customers. Nonetheless, I’m still grateful for the laundry machines they provided as it still cleaned our clothes for only 600 yen.

Very nice hotel in a good quiet location. Very few tourists in the neighbourhood. Easy access to Shinjuku and shibuya.

Pros: Good facilities and very nice decor. Was close to several subway stations. The closest being 100m away. Lawsons very close and quite a few local restaurants. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Pillows could have been firmer.

Great hotel and location. Besides the room being small and the one rude staff at check out, we loved our stay here.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Location was great and near metro and restaurants. Helpful staff that allowed us to store our luggage there while we traveled for 4 days.

Cons: Room sizes. Rooms are small. Rude staff member at check out charging us for a lost room key. The only rude person we’ve come across in Japan. He was so unhelpful.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent location, great breakfast, big rooms (for Tokyo), large bed.

Pros: Convenient location, quiet, 24/7 check-in/out, super comfortable beds and doonas.

Cons: The main door isn’t soundproof like the rest of the apartment, so you can hear people yelling from the lifts. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so early risers will wake their partner.
