Good stay and location, hoped they had better WiFi services.
Pros: Located near the metro station and restaurants, it's clean, accessible, and will be maintained.
Cons: Not their fault, but the construction nearby made it a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: There was an indication of a restaurant which in fact, was not operating.

Pros: -Perfect English speaking staff with big smile on their faces. -Superb location, easy to navigate. I loved Taito area. -Room was ok, not so big not so small. -Amenities and Wi-Fi was also okay. At overall I can`t see any negative thing.

Pros: Everything! The staff is super nice, the room was big, clean bathroom with a great bathtub. They provide sopa, shampoo and hair conditioner. The beds were super comfy, I literally have nothing to complain about, everything was great :)

Pros: Friendly 24 hour staff for check in. Very convenient and the elevator for taking up heavy suitcases. Room was clean and beds comfortable.
Cons: All good. It will be a great view when the renovations are completed.

Pros: Great location. Helpful and pleasant staff. You have to leave your key every time you leave, but it never caused any inconvenience. Room was spacious and bigger than most of them

Great location, helpful staff, cosy room with great facilities!
Pros: Helpful staff, with a cosy room and great bathroom facilities. Staff were very welcoming - and with construction work they were very apolgetic but honestly it was fine! Great location close to metro lines!
Cons: Wifi wasn't very good on the 5th floor, but apart from that everything was great!

Pros: Location was good, a few minutes to walk to Asakusabashi station. 20-25 minute to heart of Akihabara which goes under the railway down a cool street with lots of restaurants. Walkable to Asakusa on a cooler day. A little old fashioned but not in a bad way. Super basic and location makes up for it. Family Mart at the end of the road too.
Cons: We had to leave our key with reception whenever we left the hotel and ask reception for it when we came back. If you come back after 1am you need to notify beforehand (we didn’t come back late during our stay). I’m sure there’s a reason but it’s the first time I’ve experienced this.

Great location and amazing staff.
Pros: The hotel is located in a nice area, very close to several train/metro stations. The rooms are really well maintained, cosy and very clean. What sets it apart is the staff, especially Mayumi, very helpful and kind. I will be back. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.
