Super Hotel Tokyo JR Shinkoiwa

Pros: The pillow and bed were very comfortable. I was happy the breakfast was included. It is very close to a train station and there are many places to eat close by.

Cons: The area around can be noisy.

Pros: Good location, close to the train station, everything you need in a walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, the room had almost everything you need: comfy bed, great pillows (and options to take an additional pillow), small, but comfortable bathroom, hair dryer, small fridge, even a makeup mirror. Towels were replaced daily, cleaning room on demand. basic cosmetics available, additional available at the reception, like really, I am not used to such standard, I'm from Europe. But seriously, I loved it.

Cons: No wardrobe, but we managed. Prepare to use your suitcase as the wardrobe.

Good for short stay

Pros: Keyless door and has facilities needed such as washer n dryer, free breakfast. At Chuo Sobu line.

Cons: It's a bit outdated. The pillow is hard. No clear instructions on how to use the washer and dryer.

Would stay again, great location.

Pros: All the facilities were really easy to access and the breakfast is so yummy. The pillows and bed are so comfortable I took a picture of the brand and I'll be buying it for myself!

Good hotel, great Tokyo trip.

Pros: The location was downright perfect, a direct line to Tokyo station in 15 minutes. From there you can go anywhere. Disney, sky hop bus, metro, etc. Most of the staff knows some English, for a basic Japanese speaker it's very helpful. The room stays private throughout the stay, no staff coming in unless you want them to. You have a mini fridge which you can use for your konbini food and drinks.

Cons: They have only 1 elevator, sometimes it can take a bit of time before you can use it. At night you can also hear the announcement down the hallway. This time the amenities were often not available for unknown reasons which is too bad. Íf you can get a hold of them they are quite good, which makes me a little bit sad I didn't get them this time. The pillows are atrocious, you can choose one downstairs, but to me that feels very uncomfortable as the location is right in the walkway and I feel very much watched. One staff member seemed new. He was taking on several tasks without finishing them. It was a bit confusing and not very helpful. Compared to my previous stay, the experience was a bit off. But it is still a really good hotel with the convenience of having a trainstation very close by.

Pros: The rooms were small and at times a bit cramped, but comfortable with an ensuite bathroom, a desk, a kettle, a fridge and a television. They served free breakfast from 6:30-8:30am and a free bar from 5-8pm. I enjoyed how kind and friendly the staff were, always willing to help even though I did not speak Japanese. There are vending machines and laundry facilities in the lobby as well. The location is ideal, only being a short walk away from Shinkoiwa Station, which is well connected to the rest of Tokyo, as well Narita Airport. There was many bars around the hotel, as well as a 7/11 just around the corner. I stayed here for just under a month, and would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: I was overall very pleased with my stay, though I would've liked some more vegan, or at least vegetarian, options for the morning breakfast. Sometimes there would be no signs for what was actually being served...

Shin Koiwa's Super Hotel.

Pros: The staff was immediately very welcoming and warm. No need to ask anything, everything is explained thoroughly and efficiently. Room is nice, big and clean. Nice city view (from the 6th floor anyway). Easy to find and is really close to the JR train station, which is incredibly convenient. The amenities can never be topped by anyone. All and all, another superhotel that truly is a super hotel!

Cons: The hallway can be a bit noisy at night. The lift announcements can be heard. Speaking of the lift; there is only one and at times very slow. Make sure you are not in a hurry.
