Great location and clean and functional, but room can be smallish

Pros: It was very close to two station, Kanda and Owamagachi. Kanda was about 8min walk, while Owamagachi was just around the corner. Cafe, 7-eleven downstairs make late night food easy.

Cons: There were no real food places nearby, ... to see a livelier tokyo and stuff is not walkable. You have to take the train. Good for families who like quiet. Lastly though, as per all Japan tokyo hotel, the double bed room is actually quite small.

Excellent place for a short stay.

Pros: Excellent location between two subway lines. Clean abs comfortable hotel.

Cons: Bags left at hotel were not locked but tied together and covered with a net.

Pros: Location is good very near to subway. Nearby many eatery, pharmacy and next to convenient store. Room is big and modern compare to other hotel.Offer free drink at reception during check in or late check out. Staff are helpful with luggage received and delivery. It have laundry service. Staff can speak English and very polite. Definitely a good stay .

Close to everything!

Pros: I liked the customer service; staff were amazing and friendly. I liked the location; close to stations, very close to conbinis. I liked the availability of free items; bath salts, wash towel etc. I loved the bath.

Cons: I wish there was more room for the suitcase. I didn't like the TV not having an English option or the option to login into Netflix using my own details.

Comfy hotel in a very perfect position in tokyo

Pros: Staff super helpful and kind! Structure is new and has all basic stuff needed (e.g. Hot water and teas or coffee, amenities) Position is perfect, with 3 metro Lines near and trains and at walking distance from Akihabara The neighborhood has all service needed

A comfortable stay near Akihabara

Pros: The room we booked is a bit bigger than the standard room, so the space is good to put our luggages and bags. especially we kept shopping during the last few days. The bathroom also much roomy than the usual one. Another plus is that the hotel location is within walking distance to Akihabara.

Cons: There is only 2 coin washing machines in the Landry room. With one out of order, it is pretty inconvenient and long hours to wait for the chance to use.

Nice hotel

Pros: The location is quite nice, and the room was decently sized. The bed was nice and big, but the pillows were terrible. Overall, this was a great hotel, with free coffee and water available in the lobby. The girls at the front desk also arranged to send our luggage to the next hotel; they were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The air conditioner was located above the bed, and we kept feeling it at night, so it wasn't a great experience. The room had very poor lighting.
