Excellent location, close to public transport, lots of restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent location close to the stations and easy walk to Akihabara.

Cons: Steamy bathrooms that were difficult to air.

Overall, a pleasant stay with helpful staff and a great location, though some room details could be improved.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and genuinely tried to help. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and very clean. The hotel’s location right next to a metro station made getting around Tokyo very convenient.

Cons: The air conditioning blew directly onto the beds, which was uncomfortable. There was no direct sunlight as the window faced the next building. Also, the outdoor AC units were quite loud, though I was still able to sleep.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The location is very good as you are in the middle of Tokyo with attractions all around you.

Cons: The rooms are quite small but this is common for Japan apparently.

Pros: The stuff is very helpful, the room is very clean with a nice size bathroom. What I loved most is the possibility to have fresh coffee any time and for free. The location is very good with many different train/underground stations. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area; it goes quite at the weekend but some restaurants close.

Cons: Breakfast is limited and very repetitive, most of all I missed fresh fruit.

Comfortable and convenient location

Pros: We stayed at this hotel at the start of our Japan trip, so we booked 2 nights at the end before flying home. Wonderful hotel, great facilities, clean, comfortable and good location. Will stay here again in the future!

Convenient and quiet hotel.

Pros: Quiet location one street from the station elevator entrance. Our Station was two stops from Tokyo and 6-7 to Shinjuku stations. Plenty of inexpensive breakfast options around even at 7am. Found a great dinner restaurant about 100m away called Tsujita Ramen. It was excellent. The staff were helpful and the washer dryer was new and very easy to operate. The room was small but functional. The bed was a bit firm for me but tolerable.

Cons: Upon entry to room it smelled like musty, mouldy carpet.

Excellent value for money

Pros: The location was very good for the purpose of our trip (sightseeing) with excellent access to public transport and shops. The staff were very friendly and attentive. High standard of room cleaning each day. Access to amenities if needed (toiletries). Good value for money.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit basic and the room was smaller than expected.
