Excellent hotel for families whom plan to visit Disneyland or Disneysea, excellent breakfast.

Pros: Good welcome lounge, free draught beer, excellent breakfast, bus to Disney Resort.

Cons: Too much guest in welcome lounge, not enough seat and space.

The check in process was fast and friendly. House keepers were great, changed our toothbrushes and linen daily.

Pros: The location was great for families - 15 mins from Disneyland, but had a shuttle bus which made it so easy for us to go to and from. Easy access to station, 4 mins walk across the bridge from the hotel lobby. Also a shopping mall in the same building as the station. Very convenient! Loved the welcome lounge with free snacks and amenities likes pyjamas, hairbrushes etc.

Pros: Connected to the Shin-Urayasu train station. Frequent shuttles to/from Disneyland and DisneySea. A Lawson inside the hotel. Breakfast had a massive selection. One of the bigger rooms in Tokyo you can get. Staff spoke English well.

Cons: Book in advance to avoid price hike.

Great Location + Nice Staff

Pros: The Welcome event for guests every day , soft-drink / wine / beer was free for paid guests also there was a lolly bar and pancakes for the guests to help themselves as much as they liked. Room was ok for the price paid and also the location was next to a train line which went straight to Tokyo Station and a stop near Disneyland monorail. Convenience store was great to have on-site.

Cons: As will most hotels in Japan unfortunately the checking time was exactly on 3pm which when having a long travel day isn't the best because we just wanted to rest before going out in the evening. If the room was available it would have been nice to get earlier checkin (or as some hotels do charge you a few Yen extra for this option). The checkin system could have been modified so it could be completed quicker for all the guests waiting (maybe put on a full reception staff between 3pm - 4pm.

Excellent place for a trip to Disney

Pros: The shuttle bus service included was excellent to get to and from both Disneyland and DisneySea. What was unexpected was the excellent food nearby, and the free drinks and snacks in the lobby. My partner and I enjoyed the candy bar, fairy floss and free drinks each night we were there.

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel. The room was lovely, clean, comfy beds and gorgeous views. Staff came in and provided fresh towels and changed our bins each day. Great restaurants to eat at. Staff were all very friendly. Very close to the train station aswell.
