Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay

Pros: Everything, was very comfortable and we appreciated it all the service

Pros: The dinosaur reception, the location, the free shuttles, and the check in and check out process was extremely easy.

Pros: Everything was special, the staff, information, and the venue was perfect to feel magic

Would definitely stay again

Pros: The highlight was of course being greeted by two talking dinosaurs! Check-in was fast and easy, which made everything start smoothly. The free shuttle service to the station was really handy, and there are some amazing restaurants nearby. I would 100% stay here again.

Cons: Not a huge problem but the single bed was quite small for me

Worth it

Pros: The decorations are nice, our 3 years old loved it. It’s clean and beds were very comfortable.

Cons: Would be nicer if there would be more public transport near by and if restaurant would also serve dinner (now only breakfast is available).

Small rooms but fun and comfortable enough, given the price of the competition.

Pros: Super easy location to get a bus to disney from and holy moly the dinosaurs were fantastic! Breakfast was also lovely, well themed and colourful.

Cons: Although cute and novel, the robot in the room being the only way to get info on breakfast etc was a bit of an oversight, as he refused to switch languages, so I had to ask him everything in japanese, armed with google translate, ready to interpret what he was saying (breakfast is next-door, open until 9:30am) The pillows were a bit stiff but we got by. The main downside to the room was the lack of space for suitcases to be kept.

Dinosaurs were fun

Pros: The dinosaurs were a lot of fun for the kids and the robot drinks delivery was also great. Location was good for short distance to Disneyland.

Cons: The restaurant was very expensive.

Great stay for a Disney trip!

Pros: The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the station in the morning until about 10am and in the evening the last shuttle coming back is around 9:30pm which was perfect for Disney! If the shuttle times don’t suit there are bus stops right by the hotel as well as a 7/11 if you need any snacks and drinks. The staff were nice and overall I enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but I found that most beds in Japan weren’t very comfy.

Fun dinosaur themed hotel a short drive from Maihama station and Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea

Pros: Fantastic location, free shuttle to Maihama station but is also walkable if necessary. Great sized rooms too. Lawson is directly across the street and seven eleven is right next door. There’s also a Domino’s pizza just down the road. Awesome check in experience with the novelty of animatronic dinosaurs checking you in and in the foyer.

Cons: The rooms had little robots that could help with little tasks such as air conditioning and wake up calls etc, but we couldn’t switch it to English, and I’d heard others have had the same issue. Not an issue though as it was only an extra and not required. 😊

Really clean room but the robot didn’t work. If you going to Disney Land very easy to get there!
