Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort

Great location with good service

Pros: The location is superb and they offer 3 different shuttles from/to hotel. I took the shuttle in the morning to the Disney then came back for a break in the afternoon with a shuttle. They also have a convenient store on the first floor to get anything at night

Cons: Nothing came to my mind

Pros: The food inside the restaurants in the hotel was great! The hotel room was comfy and we watched Disney plus, it was magical.

Cons: Everything was slightly over priced

Pros: Rooms were dated but the view made up for it and although dated, very comfortable and large for Japanese standard. Breakfast at the restaurant on top floor also was amazing!

Cons: we went to the restaurant for dinner. This was a buffet. they didnt tell us the price but it was extremely expensive with only limited meat options (wagyu, very fatty and cooked raw) so that didn't suit us. For our last meal of the holiday we felt a bit ripped off (it was $220 NZD for 2 people!!) it would have been nice to have option to see buffet before we paid that price. we would have chosen something else

The perfect place to stay near Disneyland without paying Disney prices.

Pros: The location of the property and the staff were splendid

Cons: The beds are on the shorter side

Pros: Very comfortable themed room within easy reach of the parks. One shuttle took you directly to disneyland while the other took you to the nearest monorail station

We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable room and pleasant surrounds.

Pros: The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier they tried their best to help us. On arrival we asked for a sea facing room, if available, and our receptionist was kind enough to accommodate our request. The Hotel is on a quiet road, a short distance to the mononrail which services the Disney resorts. There is also a bus service from the hotel to the monorail station. If you are departing Tokyo from Haneda airport, there is a regular, efficient and inexpensive bus service directly from the hotel to the airport. Best to book in advance with the help of the front desk staff.

Breakfast was delicious and Complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland/DisneySea monorail.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious a variety of Japanese/western and food was refilled although its almost 1000hrs, Staff was efficient. Stayed here for the second time, self service launderette is available and Disney store/Combini too. Rooms looks dated but its very clean toilet no mould. Well-stocked amenities.

Very good location for a Disney trip

Pros: Room was nice, clean and well prepared. Appreciated that the water could be drunk

Cons: We worried that there wasnt actually a lot to do at the hotel itself. We understand its a disney resort but our parents if they came cant do much walking, so some days they would not be able to go.

Pros: it was clean and nice, just a short walk from bayside station

Cons: it was confusing with the Maihama Bay Resort

Pros: I liked the bathroom and the basin separated so the family can use when the other member in the shower.
