exceeded our expectations and really good value for money

Pros: the breakfast was good,location wasn’t to bad i guess,around 15 minute walk to train station

Cons: everything was great,nothing not to like

Love the love hotel

Pros: We were hesitant at first as it is a love hotel but honestly the place was excellent the staff were friendly even with limited English we were able to understand each other and make a great stay the room service was great and the location was very handy

Cons: I just wish I had another pillow

Good choice for staying

Pros: Not too far away from Toneri Koen station, also 7-11 nearby. Breakfast do have a lot of options, facilities in the room also very good

Cons: A little bit far away from downtown, might take 15-30 mins to reach Nippori station

Pros: Very good hotel with excellent value for money in a cosy and quiet neighborhood in the north of Tokyo. Just 10 minute walking to metro station. Staff very helpful and super polite, spacious and clean room and excellent breakfast served in your room. Highly recommend.

An awesome experience in a non-tradition hotel

Pros: The size of the room was amazing, and the private bath and large bed were very comfortable. The staff did not treat us any different from Japanese people. We felt very welcome. While this is a love hotel, the room is worth it. Staff will do their best to ensure your privacy as this is not a traditional hotel. The food is great, and there are tons of special services (like the 100 yen members card for more free food)

Cons: It was a little confusing figuring out what we had access to as a booking.com user rather than someone booking a room. Special information packs exclusively for online guests explaining how things work would have been nice

Great budget hotel

Pros: Room was clean and spacious with lots of complimentary products, a water machine in the room, microwave and kettle. The breakfast every morning was also perfect to start the day!

Cons: It's a little outside of the city so there is some travelling involved, however I found going on the bus and the subways really easy so it wasn't a problem for me

Breakfast included

Pros: A bit located out of the main busy area. But was staying for one night 🌙 rooms need a revamp and refresh. But comfortable and breakfast included 😋

Good location, good value for money.

Pros: There are no non-smoking rooms, which was disappointing. But the smell in the room soon dissappear with the window open. The lighting was all controlled with a remote, which was quite difficult to use. The location is great, only 12 mins walk from JR station. It's a quiet location. The rooms are good with all the facilities needed. A simple breakfast is provided, which is a bonus. For the money, it's a good bet for Tokyo.

Pros: The location is a bit out of the way and we took the bus. There is parking for cars. The room was big, the staff was nice and the breakfast was varied. You could choose between several breakfast options, which were then (discreetly) brought to your room in the morning. Around midday there was an announcement that we didn't understand. Probably a reminder to check out. One negative point was the smoking room. A bit uncomfortable as a non-smoker, but it was okay. We had 2 windows and air freshener in the room. All in all it was a nice stay :)

It makes you want to stay in the room all day

Pros: I would give 100 starts if I could! I have been traveling for over 20 years, and this is the best hotel I have ever found, clean, spacious, amazing staff, and in room amenities are simply better than 5 stars hotels. You can smoke, drink, heat up food in microwave, have cold/hot water dispenser, jacuzzi, beauty treatments, fridge, hair drier, breakfast in bed, 24hr restaurant, and I am surely forgetting something, all of this in the comfort of your soundproof room!! Better than home for people who are not afraid of having fun in their lives. Thank you so much

Cons: Absolutely nothing, location outside city centre well worth the extra 20 min travelling.
