Great hotel, helpful stuff

Pros: Good location ,shuttle bus,great staff, luggage forward service 24 hours.the staff are very helpful. I asked them they way to the noodle shop. They actually walk me there which is about 5 minutes away.

Cons: Somehow when I leave the Disney , never saw the shuttle bus, I end up use the shuttle bus next door hotel for 3 nights

Pros: Location and hotel were amazing. The bar on level 22 was our favourite spot of an evening for a wind down drink and the teppanyaki restaurant was also the highlight of our stay.

Cons: Our rooms were clean, tidy and well equipped. Tended to daily. Only issue really was I found the beds a little firm.

Good location

Pros: The high floor and view was great. There's a huge couch to relax on. The bathroom was also spacious with separate bath, vanity toilet and modern. I'm not a fan of the onsen style shower so we had baths. The foot massager was good after day at Disney. Also the free shuttle was good to Disney and the driver very helpful showing us where to wait on way back. Location next to station and aeon mall/atre so plenty of eating there. Bus drops you there from Narita.

Cons: No free amenities. You pay $50 to use the pool spa area so didn't bother. I specifically brought bathers for me and my older kids for this. Kids have to be over 12 anyway. Breakfast expensive so we got Lawsons nearby. So essentially it was just a room for us.

Perfect spot for disney if you want quick access, but more shops around.

Pros: Perfect location, one stop from Disney and lots of shops and food around outside the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent bath. Lawson combini one minute away.

Cons: Hard beds (still slept though). No room service. Nothing to eat in the hotel other than expensive restaurant.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable, and the staff were outstanding. Highly recommended

Pros: The hotel was wonderful - the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The meals were delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Every request, big or small, was met with a warm smile and genuine willingness to help. Highly recommended!

Cons: The rooms were a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, which could use a light renovation. However, they were very clean and well-maintained, which made them pleasant to stay in.
