Very conveniently located, very clean, great to have two bathrooms, two toilets, separate bedrooms.

Pros: The location was in a quiet area, not too far from Shinjuku, and only 5 minutes from a local subway station so it was very easy to get around the whole of Tokyo. To find a place with two toilets and two bathrooms in this location was rare and a bonus, and very convenient. It was close to several famous convenience stores (konbini), drug stores, McDonalds, and also close to a beautiful park and Starbucks. The kitchen was well stocked with things to use, and it was lovely to also have a laundry. The owner was always very attentive when I asked questions, and always responded politely and quickly. I left an important item behind by mistake, and the owner contacted me after check out to let me know, and went out of his way to ensure the item was sent to me at my next accommodation in Osaka, which was so very helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking at this for an option.

Pros: Can't fault this place. We had a comfortable stay. Easy access to subway. Good restaurants around the corner.

會想再次Booking。共五張床可睡10人，但餐桌是4人座位（我家4人入住），雖然走到民宿前有段小爬坡，但不是問題。

Pros: 生活機能（附近有麥當勞、松屋、SUKIYA 、7-11、全家）、新宿三丁目站走路3-5分鐘、洗烘分開、房間寬敞、衛浴和廁所各二間

Cons: 2樓房間冷氣較弱、整體能放行李箱的「地上」空間略小，適合前開式行李箱。浴室抽風機較弱。
