Family winter holiday

Pros: The villa was big and spacious for all 13pax. It takes about 10-15mins walk to the nearest train station. There were a lot of amenities like McDonald’s, family mart and etc.

Cons: There wasn’t any cable TV. There wasn’t any Netflix and you can event screen cast from your laptop or table to watch your own shows. Please consider upgrading your tv to a smart tv for travels who don’t understand Japanese to enjoy our stay. And whenever you use the water boiler, the house will have a power trip.

Perfect house for big groups of family and friends.

Pros: The location is super convenient. A few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, close to convenience store, drug store, coin laundry and there is even a Japanese public bath right opposite to the house. These are altogether four separate toilets and two bathrooms, also separate dining and entertainment areas on the first floor and two large bedrooms each have three double beds on the second floor, we have much enjoyed this perfectly designed house and will definitely return again.

We had a great time here. The location is wonderful and very roomy for Japan. I would come back.

Pros: Very spacious and a great location. We loved the little community and the walk to the train station was enjoyable. Property doesn’t have washer/dryer, but laundromat is just a few doors down. Very clean.

Pros: 住的很舒服，周边环境也很安静，尤其喜欢大餐桌，唯一不足没有洗衣机，不过也不碍事，门口就有自助洗衣房。2个家庭刚好两边分开住，干净清爽，卫生间和浴室足够大，很好👍

Pros: 民宿附近很安靜適合居住，離超市也不遠， 西新宿五丁目站出來也有超商跟麥當勞，生活機能很不錯！ 房間內的床很大很舒適，衛浴設備跟廁所也很多間， 適合多人來居住，下次會想再來居住👍， 遇到衛生紙或備品不夠時，詢問屋主也有馬上處理，服務態度很不錯🌟🌟🌟

非常舒適又乾淨格局又棒的地方

Pros: 1樓有兩間浴室，2樓也有廁所．我們這次入住六人，每個人都有一張大床，如果住到12個人也沒有問題，整體的格局非常好，離車站也蠻近的，但這次去超市有走一小段路，這是唯一有點不方便的！

Cons: 離超市有點遠

Pros: l'emplacement à moins de 10 min à pied de 2 lignes de métro et environ 20 min a pied du centre de de shinjuku. bien équipé, très bien pour 10 personnes

Cons: manque de place pour les valises et pas d'endroit pour accrocher les serviettes. litterie a renouveler commence à être vieillotte.
