Very positive. Host had great communication.

Pros: It was really spacious for 5 of us. Lots of room to spread out. Having the contained floors meant we could have separation after a long day. Bathrooms were clean and decently sized as well. The walk was 10 mins from the local train station, and was entirely flat, so easy to take suitcases through.

Pros: We loved the location, though it was far from Tokyo station. The local station was a leisurely 10 minute walk. It has restaurants and convenience stores close by. The property is clean and well maintained.

Cons: The only drawback was the two flights of very narrow steps with heavy bags.

Pros: 設備がとても良かった。 大画面テレビが二台、大きなバスタブ、食洗機。 生活するのに不便を感じませんでした。 最も近い飲食店、梁山泊はとても美味しい中華料理屋でした。

Cons: 一階の客の音が気になった。

Pros: オーナーの方に、とても丁寧にご対応いただきました。ご返信も早く、質問にはわかりやすくご回答いただきました。施設は、清潔でとても綺麗でした。ダイニングキッチンがあり、6人程度で食事をしたり、打合せをするにはちょうど良いサイズで、大変快適に過ごせました。炊飯器、お鍋、フライパン等、基本的な調理器具があるため、自炊する際にとても助かりました。

Cons: 2～3階を利用させていただきましたが、1階は工事をされていたため、朝、急に工事が始まっていたことには驚きました。（工事があるかもしれないということは、当日チェックイン時にオーナーの方にお会いし、お聞きしていました） 良くなかったというよりも、参考までにですが、階段が狭いため、大きなスーツケースを利用している方は、持ち運び要注意です。また、基本的に自炊をし、調理器具はありますが、お茶椀、お汁椀はないため、紙皿を買って使用しました。
