Brilliant value for money, plenty of room, clean and well kept. Beds are very firm!

Pros: Exceptional value for money, plenty of space which is obviously very unusual at this price point in Tokyo. Also, very clean and well placed for transport. Unfortunately, I didn't read all the instructions they sent on finding the apartment and google maps couldn't find it. I later discovered that the host had attached specific directions to the email on how to find it including a picture of the entrance way!! If only I was more attentive!

Cons: My only gripe was the hardness of the beds but that's not unusual for Japan. Just don't forget to check that email for instructions on where exactly the apartment is. The taxi driver used google maps which took him to the wrong destination.

Pros: Good location, close to station for easy access to trains. Surprisingly very spacious and homey for what you can get in Japan for a group/family. Fitted 3 people comfortably!

Convenient and comfortable.

Pros: Property was equipped with necessary facilities such as kitchen equipment, utensils, bowls and a microwave.

Cons: Property was quite small for four people to stay in. Felt like it was more suitable for two people.

Pros: Large room, great bathroom, good wifi, lots of storage space

Cons: No blind on kitchen window, small balcony no room to sit,

Overall we had an excellent stay in this place, thank you!

Pros: Great communication with staff, convenient location near the Waseda station, the room was exactly as promised on the pictures and it felt safe and clean.

Cons: There was air conditioning/heating but the room got quite cold in the evenings and night. Luckily there was an extra blanket.

Brilliant stay in Shinjuku!

Pros: Very spacious for Tokyo. Modern with nice views of the city from the balcony. All the amenities needed for a week in the city. Very handy to Waseda station for trips to the city center and back. We went all over. Bed very comfy and sofa bed also comfy with extra matress topper. Could easily sleep 4 comfortably.

Cons: Single ply toilet paper although this seems to be standard through out all of Tokyo's toilets. Slight smell of smoke coming from outside near the kitchen area. Couldn't work put where it was coming from but dont think it was anything inside the flat.

Pros: Compared to other accommodations in Tokyo, the space was spacious and well-organized, with a fully-equipped kitchen.

Cons: In addition to the unclear check-in procedure, there is no direct contact with the host via mobile phone, for instance; only email is available. If they make the check-in procedure simpler, everything will be ideal!

Pros: 整個都很乾淨，而且有電梯！！不用行李扛上扛下的好開心 走去地鐵很近～ 附近也有超商很方便 有問題訊息都回覆的很快 不用擔心找不到人 很棒！

Buen apartamento para descubrir Tokio.

Pros: Cama cómoda y buena ducha, cosas fundamentales cuando estás viajando. Bien ubicado en una zona llena de supermercados y restaurantes.

Cons: Nada, todo ok.
