Easy and comfy

Pros: Location, 2 min walk to metro for a one stop ride to most of Tokyo. Everything worked and there was a lovely rooftop terrace.

Pros: 3 mins from a subwayi station, 15 from Ikebukuro, roomy and has a convenience store 3 mins away.

Cons: nothing.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

Pros: Location was good. Close to a subway station and to Ikebukuro centre. The house is quite lovely with all amenities. The check in is very simple and easy. It would've been better if the heating was turned on before we arrived, otherwise great.

Great stay for a group of 5 to 6

Pros: Very strategic location. Convenient stores and Train station are just 5min walk away. Very quiet neighborhood. One station away from Ikebukuro where you can have a great night life. Private car parks are available too nearby if you are driving.

Cons: Small space to move around. But you can use the 2nd floor living area for your luggage. There is only 1 toilet and 1 bath. But it was expected. Japanese home is like that. We are fine with it.

It was a good decision to choose this place

Pros: Well located, close to one metro station and appr. 10-15 minutes walk to the Ikebukuro station. The neigborhood is very quiet and nice. There are 3 floors in the building, on the ground floor is the bathroom and the toilet and a bedroom, on the 2nd floor is the living room and the kitchen, on the 3rd there are two bedrooms, in one of them is a futon bed. It is a comfortable place.

Cons: We were satisfied with the place.

Pros: senang deal dengan owner dekat dengan tempat parking murah. train station pun dekat. murah owner baik water heater pun okay heater. good facilities

Cons: sempit jugak sebenarnya tapi okay ja luggage besar boleh letak dekat ruang tamu.

Pros: 3 poziomowe mieszkanie, z 3 sypialniami, salonem z kuchia, 2 bakonami oraz tarasem na dachu. Mieszkanie pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyło, zwlaszcza taras na dachu. bardzo dobrze zlokalizowane 5 minut do najblizszej stacji metra. A mimo to w bardzo spokojnej dzielnicy. Idealnie skomunikowane że by zwiedzać Tokio.

Pros: 청결하고. 지하철 타기 위한 위치 좋고, 소음 걱정 없어 좋았습니다. 4인 가족이 지내기에 충분했습니다. 슈퍼가 가까워 음식 걱정 없었습니다.

Cons: 한 침대에 2명이 자기에는 작았습니다.

Un bon emplacement à Ikebukuro

Pros: Très bien situé avec un métro proche ainsi que plusieurs konbini. Le quartier est agréable et j’y retournerai sûrement à ma prochaine visite. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Tokyo.

Cons: Les lits sont assez petits, mais suffisant pour dormir à deux si on est de gabarit moyen. Il n’y que 2 chambres et ensuite des futons à même le sol. Tout n’est pas sur propre. Il y a des taches un peu partout (rideaux, matelas, couverture). Il est aussi dommage de ne fournir qu’une serviette par personne pour un séjour de 15 jours. Cela force à faire tourner des machines assez vides.

정말 추천할만한 좋은 숙소

Pros: 위치상으로 정말 완벽한 숙소입니다. 1분만 걸어가면 지하철역 입구를 들어갈 수 있고 다양한 편의점과 슈퍼마켓이 5분거리 안에 있습니다. 10여분이면 이케부쿠로 역에 다다르며 그 사이에 다양한 로컬식당을 만날 수 있습니다. 이케부쿠로 주변에는 모든 종류의 쇼핑몰과 식당 이자카야가 밀집되어 있어서 무한한 선택이 가능했습니다. 주방 설비와 식기류 등도 정말 꼭 필요한 것 위주로 잘 갖춰져 있었고 조용한 주택가의 안쪽이어서 독립된 침실에서 질 좋은 수면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 정말 가성비 좋은 숙소로 다음 도쿄 방문시에도 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다

Cons: 인원이 4명일 경우 화장실, 세면장과 샤워시설이 하나인 점은 좀 아쉬운 점이고, 바닥 청소가 더욱 깨끗하게 되어 있다면 한결 더 좋지 않았을까 생각합니다만 전체적으로 만족스럽습니다
