Wonderful visit to Tokyo, enabled by the comfort and location of this property.

Pros: The check-in and check-out process was very easy! Hours before the check-in time, I received a code to the door lock. The day before our check-out, I received instructions on how to check-out. The host was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions. There were no language difficulties at all in our communications. The location was a six-minute walk from a train station. 7-Eleven was a three-minute walk away and a Family Mart was four minutes away. There were local restaurants all within a short walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and a welcome respite at the end of each day.

Pros: 三层独栋房，位于池袋中心繁华区，但安静，房主细心安装双层玻璃窗户，房主沟通顺畅，入住方便。房间宽敞，干净整洁，看上去新装修不久，家具配置完善，性价比高

Cons: 客餐厅在二楼，楼梯较陡，老人小孩上下欠安全。3楼3个卧室，但无浴室，不太方便

Excellence location with clean & big room

Pros: Big room size & clean. Although apartment is along main road but unable to hear the sound from the road from the bedrooms. Location is near metro station & convenient stores. Like that the bathroom & toilets are separate since the room is cater for big group stay. Good that the 2nd toilet is located at the 3rd floor for the convenient of those sleeping at the same floor.

Cons: Going up & down the stairs in the apartment is too tiring after a long day of activities, this may cause danger for kids & elderly too.

Pros: 日本的旅館，空間普遍偏小大家行李箱一打開，通常就沒有多餘的地方走動了而住這邊完全不會有這方面的困擾，我們四個人，一人睡一間雙人房，東西隨便放都還有空間並且二樓有廚房，夜間餓了還可以自己微波或是簡單料理一下，非常適合家人/朋友等團體住宿要說美中不足的地方，大概就是浴室了吧，雖然浴缸泡澡起來很舒服，設備也很好用但只有1間，所以如果人數較多的話，會需要花不少時間去排隊洗澡
