We recommend the house!!
Pros: The house is very confortable. It’s spacious, clean and safe. The neighborhood is silent and with a lot of markets, restaurants. The only thing is the distance from subway (about 10 minutes walking) and a little bit far from central stations like Ueno or Tokyo Station. But is a good place to stay. I recommend it!!!

Would highly recommend this accommodation for cleanliness, comfort and closeness to train stations.
Pros: We had pin pad so access to every one of us at any time was great. The location was great, close to train stations and close to Skytree Tower. The apartment had everything, was extremely clean and the beds were the comfiest we had experienced throughout our trip.
Cons: There was nothing not to like. It was great accommodation.

A comfortable place to rest in the shadow of Tokyo Skytree
Pros: Loved the location and the rooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of cleaning products available for us to use
Cons: There was no proper cutlery- inly disposables that had been left behind. We would have appreciated more English language support especially for the washing machine and the automatic bath Also the pillows are VERY firm

A home away from home!
Pros: It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, in between 2 subway stations (Oshiage-Skytree 10mins & Hikifune 7mins). The facilities within the property are human-friendly, with all we would have needed. There’s hairdryer, washing machine with build-in dryer, bath area has bathtub and shower area (with preheating condition available!), 1 toilet at first floor, another toilet on the second. Kitchen on the second floor has all we needed to cook, prepare, etc. heating/air conditioner is working well in all rooms. Beds and pillows are ok. We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Thank you for the thoughtful accomodation, Host!
Cons: Not much space to open luggage within the rooms. So if you’ve got bigger groups of more than 6, might have a little issue.

Great stay in Tokyo :)
Pros: The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Host was accommodating and accessible. The location was good, between Hikifune and Oshiage stations both in easy walking distance. Good supermarkets close by. Good range of food places to eat at but enough plates, cups and cutlery that we could use the kitchen every day. Very handy having washer/dryer to wash our clothes so we didn't have to pack so much. Felt very safe in the suburb.
Cons: No English instructions for washer dryer or bathroom control panel. Used Google Translate a lot to work it out.

Pros: There were a lot of cleaning stuff so the house was kept clean while we were staying. They also lend us a baby bed and a stroller. Bathroom dryer was great for drying clothes! It takes 6 to 8 minutes walk to get to Hikifune Station where a big department store called Ito Yokado which is very useful to buy almost everything with reasonable price. It is also walking distance to get to Tokyo Skytree (Oshiage Station)
Cons: There were many dishes but not butter knives. Because there were not a toaster or a oven toaster, and the grill was taped and not to be able to use it, we had to use flying pan to make toast.
