A cozy three-story house
Pros: A lovely place to stay, very homely and clean. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. It has a great view of the Skytree from the lounge room window and is close to a train station so travel was easy. Very simple to check in and out, the hosts seemed lovely and responded quickly to my queries. The facilities covered everything we needed and more, the heated flooring was great on cold mornings and there was a heater in each living space.
Cons: I felt bad leaving so much rubbish behind, but there was no way to get rid of it. I believe you can contact the owners to remove it if it piles up but we didn't realize we'd made so much until we broke down the packaging from our shopping trips! It's not really a problem but it did leave me feeling guilty for whoever had to clean up. The stairs are a little steep, so if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Quiet location in local residential area but close easy access to trains and local shops.
Pros: The location of the property was in a quiet residential area with the local shopping centre, supermarkets, convenience stores and two train stations within easy flat walking distance. It was an easy 15minute walk to Skytree and a further two train stations through the residential area. On one of mornings we walked to Asakusa via Sumida River walk which took about 30minutes. The property itself is over 3 levels with one bedroom and bathroom/laundry on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the top floor. The middle floor was the kitchen, lounge and toilet. It is possible to cook a meal with the facilities provided but as the supermarket was so close we opted for pre-prepared evenings meals and cereal/toast for breakfast. The stairs are steep and narrow, this may be a consideration to take into account prior to booking. It is also not in a tourist area.
Cons: From a Western perspective, some dinner / side plates would have been beneficial. Instructions were provided for some of the appliances but the drying option for clothes in the bathroom could be added.

a glimpse of quaint home life in the heart of tokyo, with access to all you could need
Pros: location was amazing, quiet street very close to the skytree with views from most rooms but still low noise. super spacious for the centre of tokyo, 3 full sized rooms accommodated our group of 6 comfortably. loved our stay!
Cons: one more toilet would be amazing, but it was good nonetheless!

Une semaine super, une maison vraiment agréable !!
Pros: L’emplacement était super, et les équipements parfait. Ils faisait bon dans la maison, les lits sont très confortables ! Même le chauffage au sol ! Très très calme, on a très bien dormi !
Cons: Nous avons eu des difficultés à comprendre quels jours il fallait sortir les poubelles, et lesquelles il fallait sortir. Nous avons peut-être raté une information !

住宿處有提供娃娃車可使用,住宿期間如有問題詢問都能立即得到回覆,下次有再到東京旅遊會考慮再入住
Pros: 晴空塔押上站走路約10分鐘附近有大型綜合超市「伊藤洋華堂」可以採買,住宿前方路口附近還有曳舟車站可轉乘到成田機場交通方便
Cons: 樓梯較陡如有大型行李建議要放置在一樓客房比較方便

Very new and clean unit in nice, quiet neighborhood
Pros: - Newer building was very clean and modern. - All appliances were new and in perfect working order. - Location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood - Vending machine right outside was convenient to get coffee in the morning. :) - The view of the Sky Tree from the one bedroom window was pleasant, particularly at night. - The host replied to any message quickly. - The air conditioning worked very well during a hot and humid summer week. - Convenience stores (Lawsons and 7-11) were fairly close. We mostly used them when walking back from the metro. - Several very small (2-3 tables) restaurants nearby that we tried. Great food and very friendly owners. - I appreciated the extra \
Cons: - The unit is VERY narrow, so prepare for that. The stairs were narrow and steep, with some tight ceilings. I am tall and bumped my head once or twice. Downstairs hallway is narrow and only one person at a time could pass. - Would be nice if the unit had more windows in the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor, but I understand that was probably for privacy reasons, as there are other units right nearby. - Only one toilet in the unit (2nd floor) and only one bathroom sink (1st floor in shower room). For our family of 5 another toilet would have been nice. We also found ourselves brushing teeth in the kitchen sink when the other one was in use. - Key box location differed from the photo sent by the host, so it took us a bit to find it and get into the unit on the first day
