A positive experience - we were very happy staying here.

Pros: The location was fantastic. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and only 1 stop into Shinjuku Station. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was a bonus to have four bedrooms and 2 toilets for our family of 4 (two adults, an 11 yr old and a 14 yr old). Living space was perfect to relax in as a family after full on days of walking and sightseeing. Television was easy to navigate. Having access to a washing machine was another plus.

Cons: Only downside was the beds. In three of the rooms they were hard. I sleep on a firm mattress at home - this was beyond firm. It's the only reason I couldn't give a 10 out of 10 when reviewing this apartment. The fourth bedroom had a great bed though.

Suburban feeling home in Tokyo

Pros: Good location in Hatsudai. About an 8 min walk to nearest metro station but has a lot of food places close by and feels like you’re part of everyday Tokyo life. The communication via booking.com was incredibly helpful.

Cons: The beds are the hard Japanese style in all rooms but one. This is ok it’s just not a style we were used to.

Great stay overall and would definitely stay again when returning to Japan.

Pros: Very convenient location, great space for 2 families, well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Hard mattress, no where to dry clothes inside the house (for the rainy days), only 1 shower.

Pros: บ้านพักใหม่ สวยสะอาด ทำเลดี อุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีครัวของใช้ดีมาก และห่างสถานี hatsudai station นิดเดียว และใกล้ซุปเปอร์มาเก็ตที่มีสินค้ามากมายและราคาถูก โดยรวมที่พักดีมากๆๆ ประทับใจค่ะ

Cons: ห้องน้ำมีเพียง 2 ห้อง และห้องอาบน้ำ 1 ห้อง หากพักหลายคนอาจต้องวางแผนการใช้งานดีๆ ผนังห้องพักบางมาก ได้ยินเสียงทะลุถึงกัน แต่โดยรวมดีมากๆๆ คุ้มค่าการมาเข้าพักค่ะ

Great location and plenty of space. True gem!

Pros: Lots of room, modern and clean. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Lovely and safe area. Close to Opera City. Very easy check in.

Cons: Wish they had how to use things in English translation. Need to provide something to hang washed clothes and towels. Upstairs room smelled. Loved the location though difficult being on private line as had to lay a separate ticket each time to ride train.

Spacious home, great ameneties… would stay again!

Pros: The home appears to be newly and beautifully renovated. Brand new amenities, lots of storage space to tuck away luggage and A/C worked great. Washing machine is located on the main floor and a drying room was available. The rooms were spacious in Japan standards. We had 9 people - 5 teenagers and were all able to spread out. There is a local supermarket which is convenient to pick up breakfast food and snacks. Also a coffee shop with a donut truck in front for some quiet time.

Cons: The neighborhood is quaint but it’s not close enough to train station especially if you are hauling luggage so be prepared for a 10 min walk. The host offers transportation to and from airport but be sure to confirm ahead of time and evening before- we had a bit of miscommunication but thankfully our flight was late in the evening so we had time to resolve.
