Overall, KOTOBUKI House is a practical and well-set-up option for groups, with thoughtful amenities

Pros: KOTOBUKI House was a very convenient place to stay for a group. One of the biggest positives was that each floor had its own bathroom and shower, which made sharing the space much easier and more comfortable for everyone. The laundry room on the 2nd floor was extremely helpful during our stay. In addition, there is a 24-hour coin laundry within very close walking distance, which is perfect if you need to wash larger items. The location is also a big plus it’s within very close walking distance to Asakusa and the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

Cons: There was some cold air draft, especially noticeable at times, but thankfully each room was equipped with AC/heat, so it was easy to adjust the temperature and stay comfortable.
