Great host and great location.

Pros: The coded door was convenient particularly with us all coming and going at different times. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as our arrival time had changed. The location was excellent and once we sorted out how to work the heating it was cosy. House was clean and we were grateful for the laundry facilities and laundry powder, water etc.. supplied. Enough space for 7 or more people in the bedrooms. It was good to have toilets and vanities on the upper floors. The location of this house is great.

Cons: The house only has one shower/bath. My own fault for not checking the details more closely. We had 7 people so it was challenging sharing one shower. The lounge/kitchen space is small for a 4 bedroom house so be mindful if your group is larger than ours. Whilst the location is a feature it was also very noisy at times as the house is near the fire station/emergency services which were loud and sometimes woke us in the middle of the night with sirens. This is not the hosts fault but something to be aware of.

Pros: Convenient location in Asakusa and big enough for 5 adults to stay comfortably.

Cons: The steep stairs but lucky to have 4 bedrooms.

Pros: Super close to Kuramae Station (3 mins walk), house was clean, spacious & comfy,, The owner responds fast. Definitely coming bavk here next time I visit Tokyo.

Pros: clean and neat house. good location with close access to 3 subway lines. all facilities given as mentioned.

Cons: the staircase is a bit steep and children need to be kept an eye on as they might fall. An iron with ironing board would be a helpful addition

Absolutely Fabolous.

Pros: Die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in Tokio perfekt. Dir Größe des Hauses ist überwältigend und für Tokio fas unvorstellbat geräumig. Die Dachterrasse war ein unerwartetes Highlight.

Cons: Ein Erklärung der vielen Tasten und sprechenden Panele wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Hemos estado bien

Pros: De forma general estaba limpio. La vajilla y los baños estaban muy limpios. La terraza está muy bien para tomar el aire o tender la ropa. Genial que tenga lavadora/secadora. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras. Las almohadas son cómodas. La ubicación está bien también para coger el metro, tienes dos entradas de metro andando muy poco tiempo (6 minutos). Un supermercado muy cerca. Nos dejaron dos botellas de agua grandes para nuestra llegada. El propietario es muy amable y contesta muy rápido a los mensajes.

Cons: Aunque está limpio, falta limpieza más profunda. Hay polvo en la zona del sofá y debajo de las camas. Los alérgicos al polvo lo notamos mucho, aunque también se podía ver. Tiene fácil solución. El resto estaba muy bien. Las escaleras son muy empinadas. Pero he visto que en otras casas también por lo que quizá es normal. Algunos colchones (no todos) son muy incómodos (2 de matrimonio) en concreto. No tiene aparcamiento si lo necesitas Un poco de ruido por las mañanas al haber obras durante nuestra estancia.
