Perfectly located nice house, but small dining area

Pros: Location is very convenient, felt welcome with personal note and complimentary drinks/snacks. Nice house

Cons: Although we were out of the property at 10:00 (checkout time) but standing in its porch with all luggage awaiting the 2 drivers who had some issues with the checkout of a parking nearby, and although concierge said it was okay to be there, we got a message via booking at 10:15 to vacate the house which we did not appreciate a lot

The experience was very good, I will come again next time.

Pros: First of all, the landlord was very nice. He gave us some beers and snacks as gifts and helped us with the luggage. Then the location is very good. Only 5 minutes from supermarket, you can buy food and cook at home, only 10 minutes from subway. Also only one stop from shopping places. The house was very clean. I will come again next time

家族やグループでわいわいゆったりできるおすすめの宿です

Pros: 今まで泊まった宿泊施設の中で、一番素敵な宿でした。オーナーさんが私達を歓迎してくださっている事が、リビングに用意してくださっていたお菓子、冷蔵庫の中にも飲み物を入れてくださっている事でわかりました。このような宿はオーナーさんとお会いする機会があまり無いのですが、行ったら「お疲れ様でした」とお声がけ頂き、部屋の中も詳しく案内をして頂きました。そして、友達6人での宿泊だったのですが、トイレも2箇所、シャワーブースとは別にお風呂があり、ドライヤーも2箇所に置いてありました。洗濯機や家電は全て最新で新しいです。まるで自宅のように全ての物がとても整理されて用意されていました。近所に「いなげや」と言うスーパーがあり、ここで色々なものを買って作ったり食べたりする事が出来ます。浅草へも合羽橋を散歩しながら行けます。また来年必ず泊またせて頂きます♪
