New, clean and comfortable stay

Pros: The building is really new, clean and well refurbished. You can stay and sleep comfortably. Perfect if you’re a small family.

Cons: The location is a bit distant from the Ikebukuro Station, probably 10 to 15 minutes walk from the “main part of the station”. Also, If you’re carrying heavy suitcases, it’d be better to use Exit C6 which has an escalator; exit C1 has stairs only. And I don’t know how to operate the kitchen faucet… lol
