A wonderful stay in a beautiful house that my family absolutely loved.

Pros: The house was very large for Tokyo and having three different rooms for family to sleep in separate floors worked so well. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets were great plus a washer dryer all modern and new. The toiletries supplied were all top quality and plentiful. We loved how close it was to a good supermarket. Would like tea towels to dry dishes and a couple of saucepans and toaster that Aussies with children use everyday. The service from the owner was excellent and responsive and always positive. It is a beautiful house and lovely people to work with.

Cons: No toaster or saucepan but we did use the deep frypan.

Pros: We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Family House. The area was very convenient and the host was very kind and helpful. We strongly recommend!

Pros: The accommodation is clean, new, and fully equipped with amenities. It's about a 1-kilometer walk from Ikebukuro Station's west exit, but taking the bus is more convenient as there's a bus stop right near the accommodation. Nearby, there's a Maruetsu supermarket open until 11 PM, which is great for meals if you're too tired to go out to restaurants. Highly recommended for family stays.

Pros: it's value for money and it's new and comfortable. only issue is we stay during winter season and it's cold, the front entrance hallway and toilet do not have heater, so every time we goes to the toilet or walk pass the hallway are very cold.

Awesome place to stay!

Pros: We were fortunate to be the first family to stay at the Family House. We love the place, the house is a very beautiful and modern Japanese place. The first floor has a full bath and the toilet is separate, also it has a washer to do the laundry. The second floor has a full kitchen and Japanese style dining area. The third floor room has a rock garden with a fountain and also has a place to dry your laundry. It has everything and was very comfortable. The location was very quiet and had a nice supermarket within 6 minutes' walk. There was also a small market close by. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this place.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that is wrong with this place.

Pros: casa in stile semi tradizionale, molto bella buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons: abbiamo alloggiato in 7, situazione vivibilissima, in casa se non si lasciava andare il riscaldamento era abbastanza freddo, ma quello dipende anche dal periodo (febbraio nel mio caso), in alcune zone della casa soprattutto le entrate nelle varie stanze il passaggio è molto basso mi è capitato qualche volta di sbattere la testa ( altezza mia 1.90), è abbastanza lontana dalla stazione di ikebukuro (mi dava 18 min a piedi con google maps)

Pros: Tout! La maison est très jolie et bien décorée dans le style japonais. Tout est très propre. Les équipements sont pensé jusqu'aux détails. La rue est calme mais très proche du centre hyper animé d'Ikebukuro.

Cons: Rien

Pros: บ้านมีพื้นที่กว้างเพียงพอสำหรับครอบครัว มีเครื่องนอน และ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ไว้ให้

Cons: ทางเดินไปสถานีอาจจะไกลนิดหน่อย แต่เดินดูบ้านไปเรื่อยๆ ก็สนุกดี

Would love to stay here again. Perfect for big groups, short walk to 7-11, Family Mart and the train station.

Pros: It was very clean and very well kept. Owner was quick in replies.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, but bigger bath towels would’ve been nice.
