Pros: The location is perfect. It was really near the kita akabane station which was near to the life supermarket. The apartment was equipped very well, like a stove, microvave, jug kettle, laundry machine & a drier. It was very very clean too. Above all it's a perfect fit for our 5 family members.

Cons: It would be better if you could replace the bed with a more comfy bed. That's all..

Pros: The location is as good as it can get. A few steps from the Kita-Akabane train station.

Cons: We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift in the building. We had to carry 5 big and 2 small luggages up.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful time in Tokyo! The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable — I have back pain, but the mattress had just the right firmness and gave me a great night’s sleep. The entire environment was quiet and cozy, and we all slept very well. Our host, Ms Lan, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived quite late, and she even came to pick us up at the station — we were truly touched by her kindness. The location of the accommodation was also very convenient and easy to access. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tokyo! We would definitely like to come back again!

Excellent host with decent facilities

Pros: Basically there are 3 independent rooms with double beds, a kitchen and a washroom in this apartment, which is good for our family. The host Lanning is exceptional. She has been very responsive and has helped us whenever we requested. She even went to show us the train station and buy tickets for us. Also, she stored luggage for us when we went for few days to Osaka. Cleaning service was provided whenever requested. The train station is like 2 minutes walk and very convenient. There are grocery stores and some restaurants nearby.

Cons: The beds were a bit hard for us, but I guess thats kind of standard for Japan.

I will gladly stay here again in the future. I Invite others to stay here as well.

Pros: I really liked the location of where we were located. it was easy access to the train station. only a 2 minute walk! t I was VERY thankful for the host. I had thought i had misplaced my wallet but they we able to locate it in the apartment. I was so happy to know it was safe and sound in a place that i could reach. She handled this matter like a professional. I understand some of the request I had might have seen a little out of the blue an worrisome. but i'm glad it was a trusted person who i was able to communicate with.

Cons: The beds were a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on. We were sleeping on a spring bed. A little too firm. It was wonderful for me, but it was one thing my family complained about.

Excellence stay

Pros: The place was clean and a short walk from the train station. I loved that the rooms were separated so each of us could sleep comfortably. I highly recommend this place. The owner was very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and not crowded. It would be a plus if there were a dish rack.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: The space was clean and very comfortable for our family of three. Kind host that met us on arrival. Great neighborhood location with easy access to the subway with several small restaurants around the apartment. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had very basic amenities.

Pros: 子ども2人と東京観光に利用しました。施設は広くとても清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。ベッドルームは全てエアコン完備、洗濯機と乾燥機がある点も助かりました。北赤羽駅から徒歩すぐにある宿で立地も良く コンビニ・スーパー・100均・ドラッグストア・各種飲食店が近くにあり非常に便利でした。オーナーさんも配慮の行き届いた方で、また次回の上京時に利用させていただきたいと思います。
