Great comfortable stay, would recommend.

Pros: Great location, great and comfortable property. The host was most helpful when assistance was required even though I was not able to reply in Japanese we were able to communicate accurately and efficiently

清潔できれい、くつろげる

Pros: 内装がきれいで、洗面所やトイレなど清潔でした。インターネットは高速で、正確な数値は忘れましたがスピードテストで数百Mbpsでました。居間とベッドルームあわせてそこそこ広さがあり、長時間部屋で過ごしても閉塞感などなくくつろげました。今回一人で泊まりましたが私の感覚では２人＋子供１人なら十分な広さだと思います。また、ホストとメッセージのやりとりをした際もレスポンスが良く安心感がありました。総合的に快適に過ごせました。

Cons: 大きな不満はなかったですが、しいていうならば車やバイクの騒音がよく聞こえる（南側の高架下で反響）、周辺は坂が多い（足腰弱くなければむしろ良い運動）、備え付けの物干し台ではタオルぐらいしか干せずシャツ類の洗濯は干し方に工夫が必要、タクシーを呼ぶ際住所をそのまま伝えると建物の北側（入口は南側）に車が来てしまう、といったところでしょうか。
