Perfect location

Pros: The location of the accommodation is perfect. Great public transport connection to the airport and to all the important places. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and historical monuments. Shops and restaurants everywhere. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the washing machine. Also the appartment is soundproof so you can sleep comfortably at night, no disturbing noises from the other appartments, which was great. I would stay again.

Cons: The apartment could be cleaner. There was a lot of hair on the floor and on the carpet. The chair was a little bit unstable - the furniture has certainly seen better times.

An amazing location with lots of great food spots close by. The check in and out was easy.

Pros: A great location and the shower room doubles up as a clothes drier. This meant you only need like 3 outfits as you can wash and dry overnight. We brought way too many clothes and could have brought back even more merch haha.

Cons: The beds need to be more comfy. I feel like a bed you pay to stay in should at least equal your own bed at home, or ideally be better.

Makes you feel right at home

Pros: Great place to stay in Tokyo for longer, washing machine works great and at least the apartments we stayed in all had sufficient storage space for luggage and clothing. The chat with staff was always quick and helpful, I couldn’t adjust our reservation but when booking an additional night we could stay in our already booked room, which was wonderful. The area is on the quieter side at night and on weekends which we enjoyed.

Pros: Lovely place to stay. Comfy bed, nice shower. Great location

Cons: Bathroom smelt. TV didn’t work. No staff on the desk to help you. The price of the accommodation is set at half of what it actually is, they stick a £35 cleaning fee on when you go to checkout.

Super practical place for longer stay

Pros: Location, practicality, responsive and helpful management

Cons: Only a desk and one chair. Should have two chairs as the room can accommodate 2 pax

The apartment has a homely feeling. If I return to Tokyo, I will definitely return to this apartment

Pros: Perfect location, lots of local shops and restaurants. Good value for money. Very satisfied.

Cons: The apartment was nice just a little worn off, otherwise perfect.

Pros: The location is great, the heating works well, and the facilities are all quite new. The soundproofing is also good. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Cons: The stay has been great overall, but the pillow quality is really not good — I woke up with serious neck pain. It would be great if you could provide better pillows. Also, one of the chair legs is missing a screw, and it feels unstable when sitting on it. I’m worried it might break.

Pros: Modern apartment, very clean, spacious. Well furnished kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Cons: Only one bar chair to sit and eat, no tea towel to dry dishes, the couch uncomfortable to sleep on for several days

Recommended

Pros: Very good location, close to transport, shops, restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood, can relax or sleep any time. It is useful to have a balcony. Standard kitchenette with all necessary equipment.

Cons: Despite staying for over a week, there was no service of cleaning the appointment or changing towels. The washing machine has no English manual + hardly any detergent left to use. Also, some dust and debris behind the bed as well as on balcony. Pillows could be better, too.

Pros: Easy location, super quiet and have a good amount of space
