Pros: Great location with 3 different subway stations within walking distance. Spacious by Tokyo standards.

Cons: The check-in process was a bit confusing. There was no one at the reception when we arrived early before 3pm.

Large room by Tokyo standards, great location, great value.

Pros: Our room was spacious and clean, with a small but functional kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was fantastic. Location was fantastic -- next to a grocery store, minutes to a 7-11 and FamilyMart, and 5-7 minutes away from the train station (Asakusa Line). Check-in was relatively simple.

Cons: We had no problems with their housekeeping rules, namely no cleaning for a stay less than a week (our stay was 6 days). However, we did have a HUGE issue with lack of instructions about the garbage, which started smelling by the 3rd day. Considering that there is a kitchen, the hotel should absolutely provide instructions on garbage disposal, as well as extra garbage bags.

Would 100% return to this area, great value and lovely quiet place.

Pros: Fantastic space with the family room with the tatami mat. Great kitchen. Brilliant location close to three stations and supermarket just metres away. The area is so beautifully quiet, away from hustle and bustle. Great food options close by. Little playground down the road my kids loved too.

Cons: Bed was very hard!

Nice location m, comfortable apartment

Pros: Location was good - 7 mins walk to local subways, with supermarkets/7-11 even closer, very quiet safe location. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 3. Shower was powerful and beds were firm and comfortable.

Cons: I didn’t like the automatic check in system and would have liked to interact with a human at some point in our four night stay.

Pros: Loved the size and ease of room design, everything we needed as a family. Really loved the ability to have a separate room if desired and the Japanese feel of the little tatami room.

Cons: Couldn’t find a designated rubbish area. But not a big problem.
