Excellent apartment for family. Excellent staffs with top notch service.

Pros: Excellent location. Excellent service. The staffs at the counter were really friendly and helpful. My family had a great stay in this apartment and will definitely stay here again!

Cons: Nothing that we dislike about. It was a perfect stay.

Pleasant

Pros: The room is spacious. We did not use the bunk beds to sleep, hence it served as a storage space. There is a small but functional toilet. We loved the location which is within walking distance to 4 different lines. Spoilt for choice.

Cons: The washer dryer machine did not work. However the staff was kind enough to give us an alternative.

Pros: The apartment can accommodate up to four people, but I'm sure it'll be a bit cramped that way. The two of us enjoyed the space to our heart's content though. I also liked that the place has a split bathroom, I find it very convenient. Well, it's an apartment so cleaning is not provided every day, but you can put out the garbage every day in the morning and tidy up with a small vacuum cleaner. Also one of the most functional kitchens I've ever seen in apartments. We even had a ricecooker (wich is not surprising for Japan, but still impressed me). The location is a bit tricky since Shin-Nihombashi JR station (which is three-minute walk from the apartment) is not the most convenient to use while moving around the city, we mostly used Kanda station which is a 10-15-minute walk from there. The streets are quiet though, which is good for resting.

Cons: To me there was no such thing.

Fantastic apartment that makes you feel at home in Tokyo in a way a hotel room can not.

Pros: It was great having so much space after a few smaller hotel rooms.

Cons: I wish I could have stayed longer.

Three family adults, father and sons, exploring and needing space and more.

Pros: Space for three family adults, suitcases, toilet separate from bathroom, reception and staff wonderful. Flexible with luggage storage before/after checkin etc.

Cons: Not much.
