Great short stay property for four on direct rail line to Narita and the city centre.

Pros: Great location close to rail and good shops and restaurants. Clean tidy and functional. Nice and warm upstairs.

Cons: Bit cold in bathroom area. Host forgot to give us enough towels and took over a day to rectify. Nowhere to sit except on bar stools. Bathroom had a bit of a drainage smell. The workmen that woke us digging up the road may have been fixing this.

Great apartment to experience japanese style living :)

Pros: It was super nice to see a real Japanese apartment and experience sleeping on the futon. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The only downsides are the lack of elevator and maybe that the balcony is not exactly for use (there's no chair to sit or anything).

Great neighbourhood to stay in, and easy to access Tokyo

Pros: Great neighbourhood that has everything you need within a 10-minute walk. Accessing the rest of Tokyo is also super easy with the subway and JR lines nearby (note: they are two separate stations).

Cons: None of these ruined our experience, these are just tips for others. The towels provided are really thin and the body soap provided had run out. There's also a bit of construction happening nearby, so it can get a little noisy. This is an older building, so the stairs are narrow and there's no elevator access.

Comfortable stay in good locale with easy access to trains

Pros: Location very close to Kinshicho station for subways, JR trains and Narita Express. Area has lots of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Cleaned well. Good wifi. Washing machine and balcony/hangers to hang clothes to dry.

Cons: Washing machine on the balcony was dusty and should be wiped down after each stay. Basic English instructions to use washing machine. Kitchen needs a cloth to wipe dishes/hands and countertop after washing dishes.

Pros: Had a great time. Property is comfortable, though you do have to turn the heating on. Very well located and exceptional value for money. Would stay again. Construction noise was not an issue.

Pros: 地理位置挺好的，出车站走几步就到，周边很繁华，吃的药妆店很多，但民宿挺安静的，在民居内，设施完备，很满意的一次住宿体验。

Clean and comfortable enough apartment near major train station

Pros: The location is convenient. The provided scale was helpful. Check in was easy.

Cons: The heat/ac wasn't strong enough, not enough pillows.

下次再訪東京，仍是首選住宿地點

Pros: 地點非常優秀，距離JR站走路5分鐘；空間寬敞，一房一廳一衛的格局，還有小陽台洗衣機，適合家庭居住，性價比高！

Cons: 樓梯空間較小，搬運行李較麻煩

Pros: 整體符合價格，五臟俱全的小公寓，設備、位置都十分方便，裝潢有點年代，但整理得很整潔，隔音效果95%，外面的聲音會透進來，但不嘈雜，很棒的住宿體驗。
