Pleasant stay

Pros: Wonderful Spa, the Onsen is very nice and pleasant and relaxing, made with a characteristic style. The structure has all commodities, the rooms are spacious enough compared to many other hotels in Tokyo. The Tokyo Dome and metro are just 2mins walk. Around has many facilities, restaurants and super markets. I would come back again.

Perfect for attending events at Tokyo Dome!

Pros: I loved the amenities available! The ice cream that was available on an evening was delicious and very much appreciated! Location was perfect - you have a choice of stations and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The pillows became a little uncomfortable after the first night, but otherwise, the bed was very comfortable.

I am really glad, and next time when I visit Tokyo it will be my first choice :)

Pros: A great hotel with very good location next to Tokyo Dome stadium. The room was a good size even according hotels in Europe. It was nice to have a free coffee machine 24 hours and also every evening a free ice cream machine. Included public bath, which is a almost traditional Japanese bath with Sauna was very nice as well. Over all great place.

Cons: The coin laundry center was accepting only coins - maybe is possible to adapt it to work with credit or debit cards as well. The air condition has menu only in Japanese language - and even we all know how to use it,, sometimes would be nice to be able to read the settings menu and to be able to set it right

Short relaxing stay during a business trip

Pros: Well located hotel, close to a supermarket. Nice surprise with a coffee and ice-cream machines. Awesome addition in the onsen area (namely sauna).

Will use the hotel again.

Pros: Location was excellent. Free coffee and ice cream was a nice touch. The best part was the public bath & sauna. That made it special.

Cons: Room was small so I could not fully open my suitcase (though the suitcase was big!)

Pros: room was small- but perfectly clean. Had a case as was heading over to Okinawa after Tokyo and had to work around living out of the case versus getting everything out. So it was very tight for space

Cons: Room size could have been bigger (perhaps I could have paid for bigger room). Breakfast was average- but typical of small places like this as I understand it

Pros: It was very clean, comfortable & the staff were very friendly. Good breakfasts and free ice cream in the evening.

Cons: The rooms were a bit too snug!

Pros: The rooms were very clean and well maintained through out our stay Location and access to public transport All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful The free ice cream in an evening was delicious.

Cons: We arrived less than an hour before check in at 3pm and our room was ready, however we had to pay for an early check in. The breakfast was fine however my son is a vegetarian so avoids meat, to avoid food waste perhaps the staff could ask what we would like for the breakfast meal. The mattresses were very hard

Pros: Pretty convenient location. Also, free ice cream every evening at the lobby!
