Amazing

Pros: We loved everything about our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, about 15min of walking from the station. The staff was very helpful and responsive. :)

Pros: Very good apartment, comfortable, well-equipped, comfy bed, nice view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient check-in/check-out. Some convenient stores and cafes around.

Good location and decent price with helpful utilities for travel.

Pros: Obviously a great location if you're looking to go to Tokyo Skytree, otherwise its still inly a short walk from train station that will take you to akihabara in minutes. The room itself was as expected - everything was clean and all the facilities worked as normal. The windows were huge so you get loads of natural light which is lovely. The owner/staff are great to communicate with if you have any questions, which gave me peace of mind. Something I actually found invaluable was the weiging scale in the lobby. This was my final stay before going home and it helped me weigh out all my luggage before leaving for the airport the next day. Overall good experience for the price.

Cons: Sometimes the owner/staff in contact with me to try and help with booking was almost too eager to help - I had booked in okay with no further questions but was still recieving messages - some may see this as a good thing but I thought I should include this anyway just in case.

Lovely stay

Pros: location was great! a local residential area and was close to the station! the apartment was very clean including the lobby area! room was big enough for 2 people with large suitcases. great view of the sky tree! Not a very place at night unless you walk quite a bit to another area, so it is very quiet in the surrounding areas. Elevator is great and there is luggage weights in the lobby too.

Cons: there is access to the rooftop where you can view the skytree, however there is no furniture to sit so it can be difficult to have a nice moment or food if you want to see a nice view. You can also hear muffled talking from the guest next door to your apartment, if you are a light sleeper there are earplugs that are provided. Washing machine provided but no dryer, however there was a big rack outside on the balcony that seemed like a clothes hanger (looks thick and pipe like), there is a laundrymat 30 secs away from the location

Pros: The location was convenient. The walk from Kinshicho Station was 10 min just as advertised. The room I stayed at was clean and tidy and had big windows. I couldn't see the Tokyo Skytree from my room, but I could see it clearly around the area, which was especially lovely at night. The area was quiet and peaceful. Staffs were very responsive. If you have any concerns you can email them and they reply quickly.

Cons: Nothing really.
