Pros: Great location and very tidy, nice little slice of Japanese life in a quiet residential area with all the essentials and ease of accessibility to public transport and the greater Tokyo region. Very responsive and helpful owner when messaging via booking.com! Perfect hotel

Cons: It is particularly small but it is not a hindrance, and is a good idea of japanese lifestyles that I personally found neat. Not a negative to me, but potentially may be to others.

Pros: Clean, good mattress, quiet neighborhood. Close enough to train station. Good instruction packet from owner

Pero quitando el problema de las escaleras el apartamento está muy bien situado y muy bien equipado y las camas cómodas

Pros: La zona súper tranquila, las camas súper cómodas, La estación de tren a 6 minutos del apartamento

Cons: El apartamento est en la tercera planta, tenia que subir dos plantas con escaleras estrechas y empinadas y con las maletas un horror para mi 😩

Une très belle expérience, appartement bien situé à 10 minutes du métro, avec beaucoup de bon restaurant autour

Pros: Le style japonais de l’appartement était ce qu’on recherchait ! L’aménagement, la deco, c’était parfait

Cons: Nous avons eu du mal à dormir à cause du froid et des couvertures un peu petites

Pros: 性价比很好的地方。 在一个普通住宅区里面，早上能看到可爱的小朋友去幼儿园。 客服反应迅速。第一天连不到网络，客服马上提供了帮助 离车站600米，中途有一个大超市，每天补充能量很方便。 里面提供了基本上所有生活需要的设备，基础但是足够了。 图上没有提供，但是厕所是卫洗丽的。

Cons: 不知道为什么，被子没有套被罩，我们睡了六天。

Appartamento in stile giapponese, essenziale e funzionale

Pros: Appartamento in stile giapponese dotato di tutti i confort, anche della lavatrice (molto apprezzata). Le istruzioni del manuale della casa ci hanno aiutato molto nel primo appartamento che abbiamo visitato a Tokyo. Buona la posizione e la pulizia molto accurata.

Cons: Mancavano fornelli e le stoviglie, per cucinare c'era solo il microonde. La stanza da letto con tre tatami era veramente poco spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà ad avviare il pocket wifi della casa, ma poi l'owner ci ha guidato prontamente.

Pros: 装修风格是传统日式的，对于第一次到日本的我来说感觉很不错；离电车站不远，并且“住吉”这一站有两个电车，感觉很方便；基础设施等各方面都还不错

Cons: 唯一的缺点是隔音比较差，但在日本住的几个民宿隔音都不太好所以可能是常规情况
