Brazil 🇧🇷

Pros: It was a very nice and cozy room with kitchen facilities, basic, but more than enough for a few days. Everything is small, but for one person or two is totally fine.

Cons: One thing to mention is that the house can be noisy due to other guests. The walls are very thin, so you can hear TVs and even every knock coming from other rooms. Also, be aware of the cleaning fee, which can be quite high for this property. Some cleaning aspects have already been shared with the property management, which is why I didn’t give a full 10 score.

Pros: The location was very nice and communication with host wast easy and friendly. The accommodation was very clean.

Cons: As expected, the room was a bit small for both of us with our luggages but this was expected :).

Quaint little place outside the hustle of Tokyo main areas

Pros: Good location, far from craziness of Tokyo, lots of connecting transport lines (even main green line to Shinjuku), but still lots of restaurants in the area, and lots of places to grocery shop. And not far from Asakusa and the skytree areas. Good price for what we got. Comfy place.

Cons: Unfortunately there was construction the building next door :( nothing against Zaito of course. Regarding the place, no change of towels for the 7 days we were there It is room dependent. We stayed first in 201 and it was fine.. 303 however... Much dirtier

Wonderful stay and very affordable!

Pros: Nice location with a supermarket close by and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Very clean hotel with a big room. The kitchen was really nice and for it being it tokyo it was super affordable. The contact with the staff was very nice and they cared dearly for their guests. If we come back to tokyo we would stay here again!!

Pros: Very responsive and quick to answer communication Kind staff and hard working, the room was very clean, information given readily and easy to understand, quite autonomous, very close to the metro station, felt safe even when coming home late

Pros: Clean, spacious, beautiful and well-equipped room. Location was also pretty convenient, so it was well worth the price. The staff were highly responsive via chat. Highly recommend!

Staying again but didn't get the good room

Pros: I have stayed before and I got a smaller room and I couldn't hang anything up so I had to improvise. I liked that the staff tried to help problem solve and took my suggestions for future room upgrades

Cons: There was only 1 plug area and needed an extension cord There was no place to hang up your clothes and no place to hide your luggage except under the bed so I suggested some hanging shelves and raising the bed higher so luggage can be stored underneath It was also in the lower floor so it was much darker

Best place we stayed in Japan. Good location for trains, food, buses. Would stay again...

Pros: Excellent location near restaurants and train station. Large comfortable rooms. Good beds and facilities.

Cons: Not a complaint, just a statement...only stairs to upper floors. Would not suit elderly or disabled travelers unless using ground floor rooms.
