Clean, cozy, and a friendly host

Pros: My wife and son stayed here for almost two weeks. The host was extremely helpful and easy to contact. On our first night, she brought over some extra sheets and a small snack for our son. As described, the apartment is small, but it is clean and all amenities work properly. It is close to the subway and lots of restaurant options nearby. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it!

Really cozy apartment in a calm area

Pros: I really liked the location, close to the river in a cute living area. The apartment itself was also nice and I loved the drying function of the wet cell. This was the first time I was actually able to properly dry my laundry in a japanese apartment.

Cons: The location is not very central, but as I said I really liked it. The room was a little crammed with the big table leaving not much space to walk or stand. I think a smaller table would be better :)

Overall good.

Pros: All the material, towel, iron. All was provided enough.

Pros: It had all the amenities one would ask for: - Washing Machine - Kitchen - Microwave - Oven - Electric Jar (for coffe) - Shower and Bathtub - Plenty accesories for free such as towels, TP, shaving razors, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face soap, etc - A big tv with chromecast so you can log-in to your account for various streaming services - A big bed and a good positioning of the furniture so you can move freely within the living space (not common in Japan) - Location is fairly decent, 8 blocks away from Horikiri Shobuen which can take you pretty much anywhere and you have 3 convenience stores in a 10 block radius.

Cons: You could hear the other people living in the other rooms, so privacy sound-wise might be an issue for someone but there's nothing to be done about that

Pros: Very smart design tiny apartment. Small but it’s so well designed that you have literally everything. The bathroom even has dry mode to dry the clothes and it’s super efficient. We love it! We forgot something in the apartment, the host sent it to me immediately. We received the package on time. Millions thanks!

Pros: Like the cr and amenities. Very clean, complete and convenient. The location is good. It is near to 7/11, daiso, supermarket and station.

Cons: No cabinet to store clothes in the bedroom. Suggest to also put shoerack.

Pros: Host is very responsive, location is quiet and very residential but close to subway lines. Very clean and easy to navigate. Overall quite comfortable.

Cons: It’s fine for 1 or 2 people but not more given space constraints.
