A good place when you want a larger place with a lounge, kitchen, and separate rooms.

Pros: It was a pleasant, quiet and clean apartment, quite large. Staff were very quick and helpful when we had a mix-up with door pass numbers.

We really enjoyed staying here. Our family could visit often and there was plenty of room. Plenty of supermarkets nearby

Pros: It was spacious for a Tokyo property. Suitably equipped except for an ironing board. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should. I would definitely stay there again. The station is about a 15 minute walk away.

Cons: We couldn’t get in when we arrived as the iPad page wasn’t there to take my reservation number. It asked for an Apple ID. Fortunately my son lives 5 minutes away from the property and speaks Japanese so was able to call the number and find out which apartment we were in and the door code. It would have been useful for us to have this information before we got there. It could also do with an ironing board.

Cons: Quite far from Horikishibuen Train Station (about 20 minutes walk), very hard if you have heavy luggage.

Pros: Great stay, only a 12 minute walk from the train station. There’s a bus stop 2 mins away. Very convenient. Host responds very quick.
