Convenience, cleanliness, good night sleep and the large rooms! We love you Porthouse Honmachi

Pros: To get this kind of sprawling space in Tokyo's main city was unbelievable! Hatsudai Station was easily accessible within 5 minutes, providing us with great access to Shibuya & Shinjuku. The bus stops are also very close to the property. There are convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart, which are really close by and convenient There's also CoCo ICHIBANYA near the hotel, which served us dinner as late as 11PM! The property is quiet and the room also offers a balcony which was a relief!

Pros: Good hotel with very comfortable beds and pillows. Location worked for us really well - convenience store nearby, metro line, cafes and restaurants. It was silent and calm at night. All necessary staff is available.

Cons: We met check in issues, but they were all solved by owner pretty quickly.

Pros: Clean, comfortable unit in a well maintained building, quiet neighborhood. Clean towels and items can be obtained on second floor. Responsive owners to inquiries. Faster laundry machines/dryers next door.

Cons: The entry way of the facility where you remove shoes before stepping on carpeted areas is a bit small for a larger family arriving/leaving with luggages or just returning for night.
